Availability of a hot drink late at night.

I arrived really late but was warmly greeted without any fuss, the room was warm and welcoming with an exceptionally comfortable bed, the shower was hot and squeaky clean and overall i was delighted with the comfort, value and service.

We found our room (211) noisy as we were situated outside the lifts. Disappointed that the cafeteria did not serve cooked food until the restaurant opened at 20:30h

Location good for us travelling onto Santander. However, not great access to Burgos if you don't have a car.

Cracking hotel. Excellent facilities, bes comfortable, room decorated nice and large shower. Clean. Lovely staff. Order room service, great food and bar reasonably priced. Large car park.

We found it to be very good value. It is a roadside hotel that presents itself similar to a downtown hotel -- but without the high price. The breakfast was great. Staff always friendly.

Very happy overall. A great offering for my one-night stay as I was travelling through. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was great, restaurant was lovely. Again, very happy and would recommend as such.

Nothing in fridge in the room.

Clean room, bed was comfortable and food at the restaurant was brilliant. Breakfast in the cafe was excellent too. The cafe is a great addition as it’s cheap, great food, good local atmosphere and authentic.

It was a little noisy in the room, you could hear footsteps from the room above & there was the sound of water running between the walls? Sadly there were no tea & coffee making facilities in the room which was disappointing.

It was a perfect stop over. Room was very comfortable & the hotel was very well equipped. Very lovely hotel & excellent value for money.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last seven years and it has always been consistently good value and all facilities and staff of the highest standard.

It’s a shame they’ve dropped the tissues and complementary items that were on offer pre Covid. Also a shame that food isn’t available until 8.30pm.

The location. The pictures do not show that it is in the middle of the industrial area. Also, the breakfast is pretty basic. Reading reviews, I can't understand how you can say that this is one of the best breakfast ... a few fresh fruit and all industrial, nothing natural

Great stop off in a handy location just minutes outside of Burgos. The hotel facilities were good, decent sized room, very clean. Attached to the hotel is a Cafeteria serving a fairly extensive, reasonably priced menu, which was very popular. The food was good.

The location, its in a huge industrial estate and was difficult to find when entering from "C. López Bravo 1" as the hotel is in "C. López Bravo, 4" !!!! Basically "C. Lopez Bravo" is one long road, split into 4 segments 1, 2, 3, and 4 and if like us you are not aware of the layout, it can be confusing when you try to find the hotel.

Good parking and ideal for the motorway nearby.
