The apartment is tiny, especially the bathroom. But it is a known fact:) The elevator is very strange, doesn’t lift 2 persons, and you always should decide, who should go upstairs for their own:) The check in process wasn’t very smooth. We couldn’t open the door, so we have to deal with support team. It was a little bit frustrating, since we were tired. But the communication was quick and productive, we’ve solved the issue in few minutes.

The rooftop is amazing. The apartment in general is cozy and equipped. WiFi strength and coverage are perfect. Location is excellent.

The bathroom. The bathroom is very small. The shower was tiny, very hard ti shower without either turning the tap off or getting yourself stuck to the shower curtain. Very hard to keep the bathroom floor dry.

Perfect location. The street at night was a little dim lit. The bed was very comfy.

The expectation is that the tenant would have a network or internet to download the app to get a digital key. It would have been great to have a physical key as well, since it took a while to adjust to open the key with the phone. The bathroom is literally the size of an airplane toilet. The pictures show a large space, but the rooms are really small. The check in and pre registration was not something which i have earlier experienced on booking.com. Except for the location, this apartment does not do justice to price offered.

The flat is tiny and narrow, its low ceiling can give claustrophobia. The bathroom is minuscule and the overall interior is way too minimalist. The stairs to the room are very narrow and steep. Also, it's weird to leave dishwasher tablets and Nespresso pods as amenities in a flat without a dishwasher and Espresso machine...

The place is located in a very hip barrio, Born. 10/10 location if you saw enough tourist traps and just want to experience Barcelona from a more modern and relaxed side.

Ideas for improvements - add a railing in the bathroom to get easier out of the shower as the toilet blocks the way. - a dishwasher would be amazing if possible - having small things of salt, pepper and oil would be good - maybe another set of towels would be good

+ Location was awesome, (yes the flat is small, especially the bathroom. HOWEVER, the location makes it absolutely worthwhile. Also the interior is quite nice.) + staff was very nice and professional + I liked that we could leave our cards in the flat and did not have to go back to the „office“. Overall this is perfect for a stay up to 6/7 days, I wouldn’t stay longer as there’s no dishwasher or a washing machine. Yes the price is high for the overall size, but the location is PERFECT.

We felt uncomfortable to walk back to the property at night time.

The apartment is beautiful. we could cook there, beds are very comfortable, it was clean and the staff were amazing! They helped us with everything and were readily available by phone.

Information on booking.com conflicts with information sent in emails/ text - reception open hours shorter than what is listed on the website - not all fees are included in price The apartment is not clearly marked, which makes finding it really difficult. If you map it from booking.com, it sends you place on the side of the building, but if you input the address in Google maps, it sends you to the other side of the building. The after-hours reception building is a 11 minute walk away, which is frustrating when you have baggage. The bed feels like a camp trailer bed. Not comfy at all.

Good size apartment for Barcelona within walking distance to many attractions.

Shower in the bathroom is very small, using it was really uncomfortable. Also would be nice to have some sugar, salt or coffee, tea in there, so dont need to buy everything.

Location is perfect! Apartment is comfortable and clean. There was no hair dryer, but they provided it when I asked, it was super nice.
