No complaints except perhaps we in the U.K. are used now to having coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms which is a rare thing in Spain.

I was aware but the only outside area was a few chairs on the pavement. Not great for the dogs, but that wouldn’t stop me staying there again.

The staff were all friendly and helpful and welcoming to us and our dogs. The room was warm, comfortable, we slept well and the shower was good. The breakfast was really tasty and great value.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the bus station and not far from the city centre. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly, competent and helpful. The room was clean, with enough space for two people. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable, so we had good nights sleep. I enjoyed the view of y=the cityscape at night. All in all - good value for money and a perfect start for our Camino!

In need of new decor, just a little modernisation. The breakfast wasn't great for me, there wasn't enough variety.

no complaints. Hotel is right in the heart of Vigo. I didn't love the city but the hotel was very comfortable and I felt safe there.

The room was comfortable and as expected. Good bathroom, good A/C and the bed was comfortable. There was an elevator there for those who required it and ramps. Only a short walk into town.

Rooms were a bit small.

Central location, laundry close by, close to bus station and Camino de Santiago, reception staff very helpful and with good English skills, hotel restaurant offered pilgrim meals.

The hotel offered me a very quiet room, but the neighbors next door made it "a conference room", with their loud chat and powerful voices in the middle of the night. I knocked the bed table after almost one hour of animated and respectless conversation ( they woke me up at 2am, I protested at 3am), they slowed down the noise for a few minutes, then continued the chat. So, my disconfort îs related to the thin walls. Maybe, the reception should inform the clients at check-in to respect the silence during the night.

OCA Ipanema has excellent location, great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good wifi, very good breakfast, good room rate.

They only put a certain amount of breakfast items out and if it runs out, they don't replenish.

The staff were nice. The room was clean and comfortable, but small. There was a lift which made it easier to take luggage up. They had gluten free cereal and supplied soy milk, but need to ask.

The receptionist told me the restaurant opened at 7. I came down then and the time was changed to 8 so I ordered a coffee and sat to wait. At 8 they told me it would be 815. They should be more straightforward with their open hours. Changing them after you've already given them out to the public is unprofessional.

The room was clean and open, bed was comfortable. Having a restaurant attached was a plus.

The decor is a little dated but this didn't affect our enjoyment in any way.

The staff were fantastic - really friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed for a one night stay and was very clean and comfortable. We had a great view from our fourth floor balcony and the hotel is in a quiet street. The ground floor bar/restaurant was handy for a late night drink or for coffee and a light snack or breakfast. Close to Urzaiz train and bus station and the shiny new shopping centre. Only a short walk to the historic centre.
