We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The entire experience was excellent. The owner welcomed us and it is very obvious the staff are treated well, their joy is projected on to the guests . We were so looked after, lots of treats that went beyond expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel , relaxing , great food , genuine & helpful staff . Excellent value for money. We will definitely return.

This Hotel is an absolute gem - you feel it from the moment you arrive. The staff and management go out of their way to make sure that you are enjoying your stay and that you have everything you need. Nothing is too much trouble. There has been a lot of thought put in making the guest experience special - so many small touches visible all around the property. i would highly recommend to those looking for a peaceful, luxurious sanctuary in the heart of Puerto del Carmen.

IrelandIt is expensive - although the free water and soft drinks etc helps towards that. The decor in the rooms and reception is tacky - a lot of silver, purple and sparkle, it looks cheap - however rooms are so clean and bright which makes up for this. Hot food at breakfast can be slow to arrive
The pool area is beautiful and peaceful. Sun beds are so comfortable. The entire place is so clean and spotless. Food is great. The staff are all so lovely. Free soft drinks and water at the pool and in your room. Great location. Lots of little surprises during our stay for St Patrick’s Day etc. Free cocktail at the pool each day delivered by the staff

During our stay we only ate breakfasts, lunches & dinners at Lani's Gourmet Restaurant - all excellent. Access to beach was very good and no traffic noise. All staff were warm and welcoming "a family". We made use of the beauty salon, staff were considerate to our needs, relaxed ambiance, creating a fully pleasurable experience.

United KingdomThe bedroom was a little cramped - difficulty getting things into the wardrobe. The position of our particular suite did not get the afternoon sun and the outside space was not particularly private but this did not spoil our stay.
Location superb. Breakfast excellent, much preferred choosing from a menu than a help yourself buffet. Restaurant staff very attentive but sometimes misunderstood the order - however if mentioned it was rectified quickly.
