I stayed here for the night before my wedding and the night of my wedding and they made my whole experience so enjoyable. All staff were so friendly and nothing was too much for them. They went above and beyond to help my mam when the taxi driver drove off with her suitcase and got onto the taxi company straight away..definitely not in their job description but really appreciated their help! The breakfast was fabulous and the place was so clean and tidy. Would recommend all brides to treat themselves and stay here the night before their wedding.

Everything was incredible, from the moment we arrived we were picked up by the hotel in a lovely car and upon arrival of the hotel it was like we were royalty. Nothing was too much for us, our honeymoon suite was beyond outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The view from all over the hotel is perfect. We didn’t really need to leave our hotel room as everything was there, hot tub, hammocks, sun loungers, sea views, a step away from the pool or a 1 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast menu is provided all day so if you fancy brunch instead you can have that, you can have everything off the menu if you wanted. The food is outstanding!!!! The array of drinks and cocktails are fantastic, there is nothing you could want that they don’t have. We will certainly be going back!!

Floor material in bathroom wasn’t very much absorbent so we had to wait a long time for the floor to dry

The property was modern, clean and very well kept with smart tv access to Netflix and very welcoming staff and exceptional facilities and staff. Absolutely amazing experience.

beautiful setting- very peaceful. the staff were incredibly thoughtful and friendly - the little touches that makes you feel well cared for were everywhere from a free cocktail in the afternoon to remembering my wife’s dairy allergy and proactively getting in food she could eat.

Puerto del Carmen is a bit of a tourist dump - the last place I'd normally visit. But once inside the compound of Lani's, it's an oasis of calm and tranquility (we had a private hot tub/jacuzzi away from the crowd).

No doubt that the administration and staff really go out of their way to meet one's needs and expectations. Quite exceptional service and responsiveness to requests.

just the location but that’s nothing to do with the hotel - on the plus side it’s very near to the airport so getting there/leaving is very easy.

This is a lovely boutique hotel and even though the location isn’t great, as soon as you step inside you can forget about the “ strip” outside - in fact that’s its beauty , that you are in your own secret escape and it is serenely quiet and blissful! The arrival / the staff / the all day breakfast/ the bikes / the rooms / everything is wonderful and ensures you have a lovely holiday!

My having a longer stay! Honestly, it was a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to return. Heaven!

Everything was wonderful, I visited with my daughter and we were treated like royalty, the staff everywhere, in particular the reception and the restaurant, were so friendly and helpful. The food is exceptional, from arrival to departure we felt like we were in another world, this is a high class yet still affordable luxury hotel, oh and the pool was warm so that we could enjoy it often. We had a suite with a hot tub which was fantastic and so easy to use. I cannot fault anything, it's practically impossible to imagine where the hotel could improve!
