The bedroom was very dark. Not enough natural light. If I returned to stay in the hotel in the future, I would specify a preference for a room at the front of the hotel, which is much lighter.

All of the staff that we met were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food to choose from. The decor was lovely, and there were lots of different and quirky areas to enjoy and relax in, with nice interior design touches. The rooftop pool area was great to come back to after a very tiring day sightseeing. It had a lovely relaxing atmosphere and was a very welcome added bonus.

Extreme attention to the guest, courtesy and availability make this hotel one of the best I have ever visited. Clean, very comfortable and quiet room. Small Spa with massage service with excellent therapist. Top reception staff. Always smiling and ready to welcome you, help you and give you excellent suggestions. Overall great experience.

Very pretty Hotel set around courtyards with extremely helpful and polite staff and well appointed rooms. Quiet and restful and very cool in the 32 degrees springtime. Small very nice restaurant with a good menu and a really good breakfast. Dining was also available on the pretty patios. Small rooftop pool with very comfortable loungers and sofas, exceptionally clean.

everything was pleasant

Nice welcome, cozy warm rooms, very good bath room and facilities. As we had only coffee for breakfast I can't tell more and dinner was in the buzzy city. Also parking was easy in the garage of the hotel

The breakfast buffet was a little more expensive than we prefer to spend but it was visually lovely. We did not eat a breakfast there only a few lunches / snack and they were tasty and fairly priced.

The staff (Marta, Miguel and Carlos) were very accommodating to all questions and needs. Our first night was in a smaller room that didn't fit us that well. They immediately allowed us to move to a room of our choice for the remainder of our stay after conversing with them the following morning. The location of the property was superb as it was in easy walking distance to all things important in Sevilla. Loved the baskets of oranges around the rooms and apples as well. Those were nice treats to grab and go with.

There was an issue with electricity/telecoms in area the evening we stayed which resulted in a disturbed sleep 4 times awoken. The staff were unable to do anything re this and discounted our parking as a result. A shame, otherwise a great experience.

Room was a little tight, too much heating which we couldn’t turn down despite asking the staff because it seemed to be centrally controlled. We ended up sleeping with the window open.

A beautiful hotel in an old and quiet residential district, yet central so we were able to access all the places of interest within a 20 minute walk. Lovely public areas in the hotel. Really charming and helpful staff. Good copious breakfasts in the hotel’s restaurant.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and has everything you would need, in a good location where you can walk to all of the main attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful both when contacting prior to our stay and during our stay. Breakfast was lovely and lots to pick from.
