The staff was really friendly, the person in the reception made our stay memorable. The room was perfect, bright and spacious. From the balcony the view of the city was perfect. We will be gladly to be back.

The towels was old and looks dirty..the water in kitchen didn't work.

The vlaue for money is not there. For example the facilities are very basic inside the room. There was only one bathroom and kitchen was not modern. They could have kept more utensils for cooking.

The location was good and the staff was lovely. The swimming pool was awesome. The cleanliness was maintained and the never got time to use the jacuzzi. The location is nice.

The furniture is not too modern. The air conditioning is lacking. The view from the room could be nicer.

The room was filthy with a very rotten bad smell the bathroom tub was mould including shower curtain very bad smell asked to swapped I was told the hotel was fully booked refund my money

it was a bit to far from the city Center Palma , but it might be just my planning.

Luckily, we only booked one night there. The room smelled bad and was so dirty we had to sleep fully clothed trying not to touch anything. I wonder why sanitary authorities allow the place to stay open.

The hotel was really old I thought okay. It will be fine but then when I got up to my room I felt strange smell even before entering. Inside the room it was just a mess, writings on the wall, really dirty kitchen area, old beds and everything was smelling really bad. We imideatly booked another hotel and left without a sign. I just feel bad that this thing is up here in booking

The pool is in the shade all day and so i doubt even in the summer months whether it would be warm enough to take a dip. There is a slight smell of sewage but I think this is across various areas of the town and not exclusive to the hotel. The curtains do not block out any light so I would recommend taking an eyemask if you struggle to sleep with light coming through the curtains. There are also a pair of dogs near-by that bark loudly throughout the day and night which became quite tedious- not the hotels fault at all but earplugs would be a good idea to take as well.

The beds were really comfy and the master bedroom really spacious. The location is close to town and there is free parking in the streets nearby. Its really close to the beach and the roof terrace is a brilliant suntrap

This was in a great location , close to the shops/ bars etc . The rooftop terrace was gorgeous and the staff opened it just for us , even though it was out of season . Staff were fantastic- nothing was too much trouble .

Perfect location, beach just 3 minutes far, lot of shops, restaurant around. The room was warm and super clean,size amazing big! The staff very friendly, and helpful. We loved their roof terrace, which officially closed, but they opened for us! Thank you Hotel Lis!

The lady who welcomed us and gave us the keys was really nice, she told us how to get to the beach and what to see. The apartament was really big and the balcony had a view for the sea. It's located really close to the beach. Also the contact with the staff during the stay was very quick via WhatsApp. Hotel has a very big rooftop with outstanding view and common area on the groundfloor.

lovely building, very big rooms, cleaned daily. nothing was too much trouble. I asked Martin for a hairdryer and within 2 mins there was one delivered to my room. I would highly recommend this hotel and it’s location is also fantastic.
