Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PolandWalls between hotel rooms were really thin which made it quite noisy - I could hear neighbours removing the plug from the socket while leaving their room. Live evening music was quite loudly heard in the room.
Breakfast and dinner with excellent choice of food as for a 3star hotel, various dishes every day, very tasty. Staff very helpful & polite. Nice pool for swimming, although not so much in the sun due to it's placement between two high hotel buildings. The room itself was rather average in terms of standard, but cleaned every day. Nice sauna area with jacuzzi & a little pool. There was also a lovely area with a pool for adults only and nice & comfy sunbeds; it was really refreshing to take a break there after morning run, or participate yoga classes in open air.

NorwayWe found a bit strange that there was not complimentary water during the meals. But what ruined my feeling about the hotel was that the room cleaning started at 9am (even on a Sunday). So we were very abruptly woken up on a Sunday morning by the noise of furniture being dragged around for cleaning in the rooms above us :(
I did not use the hotel installations much as I was in the area to attend a congress. But I was very pleased with the reception staff as well as the ones in the bar. Breakfast selection was very good in terms of fresh fruit mainly although fresh juices and a better coffee machine would be highly appreciated.

United KingdomThe room didn't have tea or coffee facilities . Would have loved a kettle, especially last morning, as we had very early pickup, and we were unable to get a coffee . Also, a small fridge to keep water and drinks cool would have been nice. The majority of bar staff were very pleasant but very reluctant to give ice to take to the room. Hence, again, there is a need for a fridge. Rooms are not cleaned daily unless you ask. Also had to ask for clean towels.
Pool area lovely, very relaxing. Played really nice music during the day. Beautiful terrace for sitting having a drink. We weren't all inclusive but ate in the restaurant a few times and the food was very good .

FinlandThe rooms have poor sound proofing, you can hear the conversations from the room next door. Was suprised that the dinner didnt include any drinks, even water. The location is at the edge of the hotel zone so a bit far from the train station, restaurants and shops.
The free activities are a great addition. Nice pools and common areas. Comfortable beds. Fairly close to the beach.

SpainThe room was not very clean, we found hair in the bath. The was no even a bottle of water in the room. Not enough towels, considering that there is a pool and spa where you need towels as well. Lunch and dinner don't include any drinks. We even had to buy a bottle of water.
In general we spent a good time in the hotel. I would recommend it for a short stay, mostly for the pool and spa. The neighborhood is not that nice. We liked breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool is big, bit the water was cold. Spa is nice. Good bar in the terrace. Nice views.

IrelandSome nights there was entertainment in the form of music, some nights there was nothing - however for a Spa Resort it's probably not to be expected.
The hotel area itself was just stunning! Most of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly - always up for a chat. The perfect getaway for a quiet relaxing holiday away from life's troubles, but also the perfect location if you want to venture 5minutes to local bars and nightlife. The train station is 15 minutes away and takes you to nearby towns or 1.5 hours from Barcelona centre.

United KingdomLack of frigobar in the room; Also the bathroom sliding door wasn't good, everyone listened to what you were doing from inside the bedroom. They don't offer beach towels.
We liked the pools, the terrace at night with live music was amazing, yoga sessions; The cleaning service was great; The meals were good with plenty of options, but we missed a few things in the breakfast such as scrambled eggs and filtered coffee or a real expresso. The hot drinks are available on a self-service Nestle machine, so the experience isn't quite the same, but overall good value for money for families with kids or teens, that's an excellent choice for sure!

United KingdomThere are two blocks side by side, one 3* and one 4*. Rooms in the 3* are a little more tired but perfectly adequate and functional, as well as being spotlessly clean. On the spa package, one day's use of the spa is complementary. My daughter was not able to transfer her pass to my wife, which I thought was a little harsh.
My wife and daughter stayed here and both loved it. Relaxing and quiet, with a nice mix of European guests. They both agreed that the food was the best and most varied they'd ever had at a hotel or resort of this type - daughter is English and wife is Italian so this is good praise. Hotel was immaculately keen and staff super helpful and content. My wife said that many of them had been there several years because the hotel looks after them so well.

Denmarkthe rooms are really not that nice, it could use a bit of an upgrade. the location isn’t the very best if you like a bit of shopping/cozy streets/ good restaurants near by, but you can get to some cozy spots if you walk a bit or take the train to another village.

SpainI was mostly disappointed as it was not what I expected at all. Slow travel? Yoga? Ambience music from the bar terrace to be heard from any balcony, people drinking and smoking,, the yoga and fitness rooms were really tiny, and in the basement so I didn't feel like joining them as I found it suffocating.....like I said, not what I was expecting at all I contacted the hotel prior to my arrival, which assured me they had a VEGAN corner for breakfast....which it was FALSE as I found a Spanish omelette in their VEGETARIAN corner, not vegan. As well as it not being true I could ask the chef for what I wanted...the waitress couldn't find him anywhere... NONE of the staff knew the difference between vegan and vegetarian which resulted in me just having bread (which I couldn't verify was vegan either as it sometimes contains milk). None of the food in the buffet was labelled at all, neither for allergies. The coffee machine was appalling as it's Nescafé from a machine, tasted like it was: instant coffee. The quality of the jam was so low I didn't even touch it, the fruit was awful: stone hard kiwis, tasteless melon...even my non vegan companion expressed her full disappointment at the quality of the food. I'm astonished staff and kitchen staff working in a Yoga Hotel in 2023 have no idea what being vegan is. It's simply a normal hotel with some yoga classes and activities. The lugagge room key only seemed to work once at a time, so I had to walk 4 times to have it reactivated which was annoying. The QR for the restaurant/bar only included the drinks menu, there was no info available about their food. They make you book a table for any meal so you must choose a seat from their system, like D39...but when you get to the restaurant they tell you you can sit anywhere you like. .. confusing to say the least.
Very friendly and attentive staff, clean facilities, comfortable bed.

SpainLooks muuuch better in the photos. They try to charge you for everything even the poolside beds & 20eur for 2h in the spa! Also for being a yoga focused place I'm surprised they dont have actual vegan food options + use plastic cups for everyone! It just doesn't really match the "yoga" lifestyle

United KingdomStaff could be friendlier, music should stop earlier for a relaxing (slow) hotel. Rooms are a little dated and basic so could be improved. If you are not all inclusive you can’t even get water or ice anywhere!
All food was very good (perfect for vegetarians/pescatarians with tonnes of healthy options)! Spa was lovely and the pools lounger options are very nice, also having yoga and other activities free was really good. - if you are staying in the Luna Park hotel then your pool is lovely (adults only very pretty/ relaxing) if you are in the Luna Club hotel then your pool is full of kids floaties and busy sun loungers everywhere. Luckily we got upgraded to the nicer hotel and didn’t use the other pool once.
