The apartment was big and we had 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Good location with a supermarket around the corner. Had a lovely yard where kids were playing and very responsive host. We were allowed to check out later and to leave out bags because of the late flight we had. Thanks!

We would have liked to have had a door to the third bedroom instead of a partial curtain.

The location was very convenient for getting buses to the beach and to the city center. Alfonso responded to our questions very quickly and was very accommodating.

Appreciate this is personal preference but I would have liked the option of an additional / extra single pillow which you sometimes have in accommodation. Also again an extra for guests would be to supply a few rubbish bags and a cleaning product to use for day to day cleaning of table and kitchen area.

The beds were good, definitely not great.

Great location for biking to the beach or into the historic part of town. Also good access to the 30km round trip bike ride to the natural and birding area south of town. Fantastic bike rentals at Sun and Bikes is 100 meters away. Excellent Columbian restaurant called Ruana also very close by. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed.

Bed needs to be replaced, we felt the springs and back was sore for a couple of days. It seems to be a storage unit converted into an apt. The TV is old so it didn't have a HDMI port to connect a FireTV.

The owner/manager was very responsive, There ate 2 bathrooms and the water was very hot. Within walking distance of several restaurants, about 20 minutes walk to tourist attractions.

The main street was quite noisy cause of trafic, but it was ok on our sixth floor.

The appartment was nice,clean, spacious, had everything we needed for the stay. Two bathrooms are great. In walking distance to most areas we wantated to see. Easy check in and check out.The host was very supportive, provided us with lots of useful information.

Easy self entry/check in with clear instruction from owner via whats app. The owner helped me arrange a taxi to the airport the next morning. (3am) The taxi arrived on time.

The apartment is in a perfect location, very close to the port area and to the City of Arts and Sciences. Also well connected to the center. The communication with the owner was very easy and provided us with all the neede informations. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needd for our stay in Valencia

The location is not that great if you are with small kids. If you can each rent a bike, then it's OK.

The key safe didn't work on arrival. It was sorted out. We then had to wait for soemone to come and take our parking fee...this meant we weren't able to do the things we had planned for the evening. But everything was resolved.

Its was in a good position. A walk away from the new buildings and museums and close to the metro to go into the city. Its was comfortable and sylish....but well worn! Comfy bed.

Loved the appartment, how they are setup inside, the 2 bathrooms and the permanent hot water from the water heater. The kitchen has full utilities to cook if you want, and also dishes and a dishwasher. The interior yard was perfect for the kids to spend some time while we had our morning coffee. The location is close to the beach and to the oceanarium/museum of science. For all downtown trips you have a to walk a lot or use the bus.

The couch could be comfortable and the dishwasher didn't work.

The apartment is excellent in terms of its design and space. It is really beautiful from inside and has two full bathrooms. It is great for more that two people. I traveled in the low season and it was a great value for money. It has underground parking as well.

We were met at the property at the agreed time, shown to our car parking space and then taken inside the property. We were then taken round the property so that we knew where everything was.

Spacious apartment with 4 single beds and two bathrooms. Check-in and check-out went flawless. Good location with shops and restaurants in the nearby vicinity, but for Valencia highlights and beach a bicycle or public transportation is necessary.

Maybe for someone, the ground floor will not be suitable, but in reality, it is okay. The ceiling there is not for tall people, but in general, it is not a problem.

This is an excellent location near a beach, a port, and the longest park. The apartment is clean and has everything for a long stay living. A friendly host can help with everything.

I went with my family, the site was excellent for us, with all the conditions, enough stuff to cook, dishwasher, washing machine, a market 5 minutes away and several neighborhood cafes with good offers for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good privacy and easy access at the same time.
