Nothing! One of the floor lamps in our room was flickering a bit but that's the only negative.

Brilliant location, lovely beds and tasty breakfast for a fantastic price. This hotel was the best choice for a lovely weekend in Palamós. The attached restaurant is gorgeous too and we had some cocktails at the bar on our first night.

There was no immediately help for helping me bring in the suitcases or even holding the door so that I could come in without a struggle. The room is perfect but the distance between the edge of the bed and the wall can be adjusted so that there is a bit more space for walking past the bed to get to the other side of the room

The atmosphere of the establishment was good. The recepcionista was very kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable and suitable for a sólo traveller. It us located at a very convenient location, in the centre and the beach is located across the street. I never tried the food offered at the hotel but I've heard great things and everyday I see the restaurant is full of happy customers.

The room looked straight onto the wall of the next building, so I had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. As such there was a lack of natural light which was a bit claustrophobic.

There were some patches of the walls where you could tell there was mold, our room had an interior view, so not a lot of natural light

The only window of the room was to the lightwell. The silver lining was that noise from the street did not reach much.

Very comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom. Large shower. The best part was the breakfast. Plenty variety of food. The staff was really friendly. In our last day, we had to leave very early to be on time for a dive, and the staff open the breakfast room earlier for us, so we did not miss it.

It would be nice to provide a toothbrush kit, as well as in all the other hotels. I was surprised that they didn't have it. Also, would be good to have at least some first aid kit with common necessary pills. If someone feels bad at night and there are no pharmacies around, it would be nice to at least get some help. And the hotel itself doesn't have an air-conditioning. Rooms and restaurant do, but apart from it, it was pretty hot.

Breakfast, and the restaurant in general, was amazing! Staff was very friendly, the room was very clean. Location was perfect, very close to basically everything.

Pillows could be of better quality. Room got quite hot and had to keep turning the aircon on during the night.

Very comfortable bed, had a wonderul sleep. There was no noise, very peaceful. Location was great, centric and near to everything you could need. Staff were friendly and helpful. The best thing was the breakfast, all delicious, lots of options and coffee was great.
