All was just perfect.

Excellent location - 5 minutes walk to restaurants area, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable room. Very helpful staff. Good food in the hotel restaurant, excellent breakfast.

Alot of noises from the room near of me. The curtains of other rooms make bad sound if someone open it or closed it.

Our room was on the main road and we could hear people walking by nearly all night. Window/door mustn’t have been double glazed.

The shower didn't work, only the small head worked and wouldn't stay in the holder which is a massive issue for someone who has control of 1 arm after a stroke. However the receptionist offered to have it fixed immediately but staying 1 night it could be done on the changeover

It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room to keep our water cold.

The room was lovely and had a great little balcony. We had an exceptional buffet breakfast in their beautiful restaurant and enjoyed relaxing at the bar. The location was perfect for us, and even though it was peak season we were still able to find parking close by.

When we arrived we were initially given a room which looked as if it has a window. The room was boiling hot, the air conditioning was not working and the « window » opened out onto an inner stairwell with a boiler or some kind of machine that was noisy. We asked to move rooms and this was done (after first saying it was impossible) without too much surprise, which led us to think the hotel know this is not acceptable accommodation. When we arrived after lunch the room was not ready and we decided to order drinks at the hotel bar. The waitress ignored us for about an hour, while serving other guests who arrived afterwards. Each time we asked her to come over she snapped that she was coming. We are fluent in French, Spanish and English : so language was not our issue. Finally, I am not sure how the receptionist knows who is checking in or out as she sat immobile with her air pods in scrolling on her phone. No hello or goodbye to any of the passing guests and a look of total disinterest. The second room was nice. The bathrooms have just been redone and are very pretty. The breakfast staff are young, chatty and dynamic - some of their energy and enthusiasm needs to be communicated to the staff out in Reception and Bar.

The hotel is close to the sea and all the restaurants are just a couple of minutes walk.

It smelled horrible in the room, cold tobacco, I mentionned it twice to the reception and no solution was provided. Breakfast consists in frozen pastries..

very expensive, as I’d booked quite far in advance and realised that the room was around €30 cheaper if I’d booked the day before. ended up cancelling our room at the end of our travels and rebooking one in Palamos which was superior and €30 cheaper. Also our room was quite small and overlooked the back yard.
