Due to location no parking. They offer valet parking, but cost is quite high, so we parked the car in underground parking a walk away.

Location, smack in the centre of town. Lovely spacious reception/bar/cafe, which locals used. The staff were fantastic, especially the man serving us in the cafe/restaurant. So helpful and cheerful, helping us choose the right food for us, excellent service and good food. Rooms - spacious and pleasant too. Would stay here again.

Fitness center needs some free weights. It is very small, Same with the pool-nice that it is there to jump into but not really big enough to swim in.

Parking was a way from the hotel and was €17 per day or €24 per day valet.

The hotel was very comfortable with a large atrium that added to the feeling of space and was very welcoming. We were surprised by the size of our room which was more like a full suite than a junior suite. The decor was in keeping with the age of the building. The location was great right in the middle of Nerida with the square with many resturants right outside the door. All the attractions and sites were within walking distance with the Castle near the square with the Roman bridge across the river great for a walk after dinner. Lots of people had dogs with them in the hotel which was different but they were all well behaved.

At breakfast on the second morning we were told we had to eat in the adjacent room and no discussion. That was just one waiter who was rude and all other staff excellent

Room was excellent and Jesus at reception was excellent.We could not find the street to the hotel and one of the staff met us and drove the car to the hotel. Food was great and locations excellent.Merida was the highlight of our trip

After several previous stays we we were surprised they even wanted to charge for a late check out for just 1 hour ! Bedmattrass was not so good

I was assigned to a room overlooking Plaza de Espana. It would be nice to have a comfy chair to sit and enjoy the view.

Location is perfect for exploring Merida. It is about 10 min walk from the train station, you don't need a taxi to go to the hotel. Service is impeccable and my room was fantastic.

For a 5 star hotel, service is a must. While reception & concierge were present, very professional and helpful, at breakfast there was almost no service. Nobody was present to welcome and to guide us to the table. I saw a group of 6 people, moving tables and chairs to have their own table as no staff member was present. There was nobody to cook eggs according to each one taste. The scrambled eggs available were pretty consistent rocky

Our favourite hotel of the holiday! Beautiful historic building overlooking the main Plaza, Every evening, we treated ourselves to a drink in the hotel's tranquil and atmospheric courtyard. Every single member of staff was courteous, friendly and professional. We just loved the whole experience!

Location was fantastic and was within walking distance to restaurants and roman ruins. Very clean and comfortable. Nice lounging area with good cocktails.

The only drawback was there was no on site parking but they will valet your car to the nearest parking lot.

The property was beautiful and stylishly decorated with photos and drawings of local highlights. The beds and chairs were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. There were many restaurants nearby and the included breakfast was great!
