we liked everything. restaurant, interior, room, service, everything was excellent. They also upgraded our room to a larger room, which was great because we were with a child. We'll definitely come back again.

The access to the pool ‘hydrotherapy’, should be included for the price of the room The supplementary bed is a bit 80s, my son hit the metal everytime want to get into bed. Not for a hotel with MIM quality. There are better sofa beds nowadays

Since it is a ski hotel, I missed the little things that you need a a skier - like a heater or some sort of heating where you can put your wet gloves or skiing clothes over night to dry. There is nothing. So better take a second pair of gloves or pants in case it is a snowy or rainy day. The lifts in the hotel are painfully slow - so better stay in a lower floor to use the stairs. My daughter wanted to use the swimming pool of the hotel and she was told she had to pay an extra 25 Euros to use it. For a hotel and spa, I would have expected it to be included. All in all, comparing to what I get in the Alps for the same price, I thought it was quite expensive but I would still go back.

The lobby area of the hotel is very cosy, it has a bar with comfy chairs/sofas where you can have drinks and good food all day. The breakfast was amazing! Huge selection to chose from. The rooms are ok size wise, the beds are very big and comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and functional. A garage is below the hotel and easily accessible. There are electric chargers available. The hotel has ski lockers close to the telecabinas, where you can keep your ski boots and skis, so no need to carry them long distances.

I have been coming to this hotel for more than ten years. Refurbishment of rooms, reception and buffet restaurant is a success. Food and service have both improved.

Good evening! I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. But I have to comment and wishes. Everything is good in the hotel, the staff, the convenience of the changing rooms and lifts, luxurious breakfasts and dinners, but the devil is in the details))) here’s what I didn’t like: 1. The mattresses are spring and that’s bad. The body does not rest due to vibration. 2. Your pillows are very bad and cheap synthetic, but you warned us and we came with our own. 3. There is no shoehorn in the room. 4. There is a coffee machine, but no kettle, the coffee machine does not dispense boiling water. I drink tea and it was extremely inconvenient for me to run to a restaurant for hot water. 4. The Internet is not very good, I couldn't watch the movie. 5. we had a two-story room on the 4th floor #432. downstairs where my son slept was cool, but on the second floor where my wife and I slept it was very hot and stuffy. I slept very sweaty, opened the window, it became colder, it was difficult to balance it all and I did not get enough sleep, plus a bad mattress. I will definitely return, but only on the condition that all comments are corrected 🙈 my comfort is very important to me and that is what I pay a lot of money for, 2400 for three nights, you must agree that this is not a little .. comfortable sleep is the key to my comfort .. Exactly That's why I always stay at ...... hotels, they have the same quality standard all over the world. good quality pillows, mattresses, shampoos and soaps. By the way, you also have excellent quality liquid soap, but no have shampoos.

I am delighted with the hotel! Immediately after booking, the concierge service wrote to me on WhatsApp, they found out about the arrival of special dates and wishes. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel employee drove the car into the parking lot, it was very convenient, I have never seen such a service in Europe. The room turned out to be very comfortable and cozy. Equipment rental, changing room, lifting cabin, everything is nearby and very convenient. the staff is caring, the breakfasts and dinners are excellent.

The temperature in the rooms was very high and we could not turn it down

I had requested a room with bathtub and when we arrived I was told that it was not possible. We were very disappointed of course as the request was made weeks in advance. 30 minutes later when we were renting our ski equipment outside the hotel, the guest relations representative, Alex, called us saying that he had arranged a room as requested. He managed the room change smoothly and offered us a spa visit in compensation for the inconvenient. Excellent turn around of the situation!

The spa is not included in the booking ( 25€ + mandatory swimming cap 3 € for 1:30), parking pricy but secure ( 24€ per night)

Great breakfast buffet, great location, ski storage locker right next to the ski lift (the hotel staff brings the ski there for you), big and comfy bed, great bathroom, welcome chocolate on your first day, nice and homy lobby .

The hotel was recently remodeled and is very pretty. The staff were professional and cheerful. Jessica and Mara in the restaurant, Zoe at the front desk, Ichel in housekeeping were particularly delightful. If you are interested in skiing, the hotel is situated in a perfect place-shops for rentals, and the ski lift are meters away from the hotel-so convenient. Parking is a little pricey but ideal.

Water and coffee could’ve been free for replenishment on few days stay, considering the hotel is not low stars and carries the famous name. Upper floor room is a bit hot, although opening the windows was helpful to balance temperature in the room. It’s not getting cold from the window, nothing to worry about. Not really negative point.

Very well maintained and super cozy property. Its has kind of magic ambiance, especially when it’s snowing. Clean and warm apartments with “all you need” in it for the comfortable stay. Professional and friendly reception and other assistants, who had done their best to explain all the perks of the location. “Hincha”restaurant is fantastic place to have lunch/dinner. The breakfast restaurant is great too, where you can also have dinner. Excellent spa facilities with hydromassage pool and sauna, also accessible for kids with supervision. Upon arrival we were lucky to have inclusive walking guided evening tour to the mountain under the stars and snow. Many thanks to the guide ( apologies, forgot his name) Hotel is connected with ski tracks and tele-cabins and ski shopping/rental equipment boutiques in the gallery.

1) Bottles of water and coffee capsules are chargeable (except for the first day) which is surprising for a hotel  luxury and also given the price of the room. 2) We had a duplex room. Impossible To sleep on the first floor because of the heat.
