Very poor internet coverage with service not functioning at all during our whole 4-day stay; staff should be more friendly (especially during breakfast/lunch/supper); uncomfortable beds

Tasty food in all-inclusive option; good choice of multilanguage TV channels; animals living on the property (peacocks, rabbit and cat); live animations and shows each day; good location 1.2 km from the beach and 600m from a bus stop with buses around the island and directly to the airport

A bit rundown. Need a good upgrade

The staff were lovely, the entertainment team was great, and the kids had great fun. The food some evenings was really nice. Drinks cheap. Good location

If traveling.Would recommend the bungalows rather than studios as they are v small .We went for studio but too small , got an upgrade for a very fair price.we were delighted with extra space.

The Hotel was in an excellent Location Lovely layout with individual studios and bungalows set in beautiful gardens with beautiful pool area.The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.Would definitely go back.Food was very good.

I have absolutely no complaints

1st time staying at this property stayed in a studio bungalow it was our anniversary, the room was clean and what I would have expected, but was greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates, lovely touch and was appreciated. The pool area was lovely well laid out and plenty of room, the all inclusive at this hotel didn’t disappoint, there was a great choice every day including a barbecue night, same with the drinks on offer , all the staff from reception to the chefs, waiters/ waitresses, cleaners and the entertaining team were polite always helpful a lovely bunch to of people. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again.

I paid for all inclusive, no cocktails allowed or smoothies for which i thought was bad for all inclusive. Some of the staff didnt want to engage in any talk at all, A lady working at the bar during the day wasnt at all friendly, we had a good supply of food, and it was very tasty every day.

1. No animation: animation was a joke, poor quality. In the first day, when I heard music from the room, I was excited thinking "oh maybe is karaoke" but no, it was a professional singer (singing horribly). But basically that was one of the only days I've seen animation in the hotel. 2. Food: I honestly don't know how that hotel has 4 stars.. very poor selection of food, horrible juices and cold food. 3. Unfriendly staff: The girl in the pool bar is very unfriendly and keep dictating her own rules. In our first 2 days staying in the hotel, the pregnant staff was serving food/snacks until 4pm. But then when the other one started working, she magically changed the time to 3pm, when we asked for food, she made a big deal, hiding the food from other guests. I just didn't feel comfortable with the situation as we paid for the service, so it wasn't a favour. The next day, same issue, we complained to the reception and then when we went to get drinks the next day, not a word, again, like if she was doing a favour. Horrible treatment.

The location was good, very close from the strip but not noisy.
