This is my first ever review and feedback on Booking.com (I have been active user for years). I want to warn everyone, do not stay at thus property! Check the google reviews and score! Do not believe the 7.9 score on Booking.com, the pictures and description is not accurate! Stay away from this property! This is complete worn out apartment, with zero investment for 15+ years! They clean it but there mould on the wall in the bathroom, the duvet/pillows and matress is completely old, I had skin rush after first night! We left immediately! Booking.com completely distanced themselves with no refund for the paid period after we left!! Booking.com is on the side of b&b (by the way this is not B&B, this is just flatsharing!!! This apartment had 7 rooms which some has “private use pathroom” and some “shared bathroom”. If you want to stay on budget this is not the place! Stay away!

Hotel could decrease automatic email notification from their web page, I received 11 emails / reminders before staying :D

Very nice room with excellent vibes. Friendly owner wanted to help. Good location. Easy to access/ find Calm place, no noise at all.

The room was a bit dirty. The bathroom, although private, was outside the room, somewhat far away and needed renovation. It was very hot weather in Valencia and the room had only one fan on the ceiling, which was insufficient to cool the room. But worst of all is the noise on the street all night, especially in the early morning when there is garbage collection right in front of the hostel. We slept both nights very bad.

The staff was friendly and the hostel has a very good location.

The bathroom was awful… I understand the building is old and difficult to maintain, but that wasn’t good experience. The bathroom had mold on the wall, and the shower was clogged all the time. Since there is no enough level between shower part and the toilet part(non-tile), you need to keep an eye all the time for the water level. 10minutes of shower with closing the tap every time you wash hair/body/face, still makes it to the border line to flood it. Also, there was a extractor in the bathroom, but even we kept it on for overnight, the bathroom was still mushy…. The right side of the mattress has softer springs and gives you back pain some times. The room light doesn’t work so we had to use the bed light as a room light. There was a big hole in the kitchen ceiling so it was a little bit scary to use the bed room ceiling fan especially because it was wobbly whenever it was on. We stayed for 3 nights, but we only had cleaning for one day…

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and helpful with the questions we had. The location was very centrical.

it was hard to find and there is no sign to identify the place. bath room was in bad shape. too noisy if all rooms are occupied, you can listen to all noises. a bit far from the city center

Absolutely nothing. I loved the place!

The host is great and very welcoming, I made the reservation literally an hour before I arrived and re room was well prepared! The location and the view from the room is breathtaking. The room includes everything you may need, all the other facilities and common zones are just great.

Very clean, cosy, spacious and well equipped, with excellent view and location. Oscar present as often as needed, without once being intrusive. Highly recommend.

The bed was very very comfortable, the room and the bathroom were clean, the shower place huge. The host was very kind and helpful, what I also liked was that we could make the coffee in the morning. The location is perfect, very central. We will come back for sure.

Issues with cockroaches in the whole building. Even though there were some steps taken to fight this issue, cockroaches were seen in the hallway of the building and also in the facilities. Luckily, no cockroaches in the room itself

Room was beautiful and clean. Outdoor area really nice. Place to store food and make coffee. Dishes cleaned for us in dishwasher. B&B was well located and really nice looking! Host was extremely nice and helpful. Bed was comfy took was spacious. Good natural lighting.

- floor felt a bit dirty - shower space also needs a bit of fixing up - from the look of it, the other rooms felt a bit more modern than this one - there’s no mosquito net in front of the windows (other rooms have I believe, not sure) - we knew ahead there’s no breakfast served, but perhaps take the photos of booking cause it’s a bit misleading

- Room 6 has a nice terrace space (looks a bit different now than the photos) - it’s quite cause not on the street site - we had our own shower/toilet - easy walking distance to allot of place - there’s a common fridge to use if you want to keep food cool - room is spacious, with also a sitting area inside - Oscar is very very friendly
