We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandIt's literally next to the rail, so you can hear train noise clearly. Parking it very limited but there's the private parking lot opposite the hotel though. Breakfast is quite limit in term of choices and seating.
Location is very close to the station but this is both good and bad. You can just walk to station and also through it to another side of station for more food choices.

IsraelThe air conditioner unit was right over our heads as we slept. It was a very strange design choice, and had it been on I think it would have been a bit uncomfortable for us to sleep. This is a very minor thing though.
The hotel is a few hundred meters from the station, which is both a good and bad thing. It was great because we didn't need to drag our bags very far once we got off the train, but we could hear the trains at night. It was actually not that bad, and I'm a light sleeper. The bed was very comfy and the room was comfy too. The staff were a little testy with us when we had a request about how to get to the Beppu Hells, and only one (a very nice lady from India) speaks English fluently - she was very helpful and we enjoyed talking to her. There are a lot of very interesting cafes and restaurants around, and the hotel is very close to some onsens and shopping districts, and 10 minutes from Beppu beach.
