The shower wasn't working properly, water was too hot. There is no noice reduction but no big deal

I went to a concert in Razzmatazz so the Hotel was in a perfect location. The staff was really nice and helped us with everything and kept our bags after the check out. Bed was confortable.

Could do with a kettle etc in room. Also would prefer a charging point near bed rather than across the room at the desk. However, still a very solid 9/10 and would stay again

Comfy bed, nice bathroom with good shower and complimentary toiletries (large bottles at that!), clean hotel and room. Decent breakfast selection including vegetarian options (not much vegan though if that's your requirements). Staff were lovely and accommodating. Nice little communial area in reception too if you wanted to have a couple of beers from the fridges there (no actual bar). Excellent location, not even 10 minute walk from Glories metro station and right by Razzmatazz venue if you're travelling for gigs

The price of hôtel is very high, thé breakfast very expencive. In view of placement of hotel and , farfrom centre of Barcelone, far from comodities the price is absolutely not justified.

We had to pay an extra €18 city tax when we arrived - which in my booking.com app said had already been paid for in the price. The man at the reception desk insisted that it would ‘add up’ to the same price but obviously it was €18 more. The next not great thing was the location - which I understand isn’t the hotels fault in terms of placement but for future customers of this hotel I’d note that it’s about 40 min walk from Barcelona centre. (aug 2022) the residential area is undergoing a lot of construction work, it didn’t feel that safe walking around. One experience we had with a cleaner as well she was quite rude and rolled her eyes/muttered at us when we were still in our rooms when she wanted to clean.

The hotel itself is nice. The rooms clean & spacious etc, the bathroom was a really good size and we had a large window in the room. They offer a breakfast service but we didn’t do that so I can’t comment. On an evening they have refreshments by the reception desk - water, flavoured water and sweets/marshmallows.

Weird quilt covers (opened with no buttons), watery shampoo, street is a bit noisy at night (but rooms are well soundproofed), absence of some kind of a dryer for wet clothes/towels

The room is spacious but not well maintained and clean, notice dusts on those not freequent used items surfaces like phone and coffee machine. Personally don't dare to use the coffee take note on the condition. The hotel surrounding not much stuffs, except few small restaurants with minutes of walking distance. May need to walk 10-15 mins to the near by metrol (Glories) area for more restaurants, shopping outlet and walk 20 mins to reach Las Ramblas street for foods and drinks, one of the most happening street for tourist and local.

Room was very clean and comfortable for our stay, given that we just wanted a nice place to come back to at night to rest as we explored Barcelona. The bed was very comfy and the staff very polite and attentive. They even let us leave our luggage at the hotel after check out to keep exploring before our flight left.

The 24/7 bar is more like an open vending machine which was a bit pricey. One of our room key cards stopped working on day two.

Room was clean, hotel was quiet and bed comfortable, we slept really well and were not disturbed. Hotel was in a good location, easy metro access.

no kettle in the room. outsise: the front entrancd a bit hard to recognise maybe because it’s small, and the street outside so smelly.
