The street was very noisy so you can't sleep with an open window, but when you close the window is great. Cleanliness of the room was okay. For my type of clean room, sheats need to be changed a minimum of 3 times in 11 days. The Floor of the room is very old, and he always looks dusty because of that. Bed was terrible for me, too soft and very small for two people.

The hotel was in a great location. The main bulevar is connecting beach and the city center. The metro station is close to the hotel. You have a bus station in front of the hotel with a bus that leads to the beach. Room was big, the air conditioning worked pretty well, the bathroom was also quite big and had everything you needed. Breakfast was excellent. You have everything, big plus for tea leaves and water in a bottle. The hotel stuf was very polite. They let us check in earlier because they had free rooms at the time.

I had a problem with the AC. It was designed in a way that it did not reach my bed - however, I discovered this in the middle of the night - so I did not bother the staff. I had to move the bed under the AC and then could catch some sleep.

The hotel has an excellent location. The hotel is comfy, and the staff is friendly. My room had a good balcony - which made it more comfortable.

Very poor noise insulation, awful room on 1st floor with no external view so we were just seeing other rooms' windows, small and underperforming minibar, small shower space with no light and poorly designed tap which was practically a stick standing out that you could hit yourself into because of the small space, resulting also in changing the water setting.

Friendly staff, special requests met, spacious wardrobe, comfortable bed, fairly good A/C (although old), proper blackout curtains, very close bus station and shop, 24/7 reception, minibar existed, very nice to be able to skip a room cleaning day in return for a drink, breakfast was decent (maybe could be better for the price)

Very nice with many restaurants and shops just outside the hotel. I like the clean spacious hotel with nice bathroom with a tub and the room has AC. Aircon is a must during a very hot summer in Europe and some hotels don't have AC. Transpo was very accessible and easy to navigate.

Located in between city centre and beach, bus service was a little unreliable at night so try to book a bike to avoid a 50 minute walk home from the centre!

they don’t have a kitchen, so there’s no room service. the view from the room was awful, we have a busy street and another building right in front of our window.

During stay at the hotel we had to work for a few days. Unfortunately internet at the hotel was very bad. Impossible to handle any meetings. We even tried to buy a business option, which turned out to be completely waste of money! We didn't see any improvement. As internet now is absolutely crucial things like that are unacceptable and we were very disappointed.

The room was nice and clean. Location was perfect to reach both city center and beach in 20 min by bike. Nice place to stay for vacation.

The actual room seemed pretty outdated, it's great budget friendly option but the beds were uncomfortable and I could feel the springs in the mattress.

The location is perfect in the middle 15 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to Ciudad de Artes y Ciences. The breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and they have a great spread of cheese, fruit, baked goods, fresh bread.

Great location halfway between the center and the beach, a few minutes from the metro station with direct access to the airport. Very friendly staff, flexible check-in times, clean rooms and excellent breakfast 😊
