Dogs would bark in my hallway There was a motorcycle event of some sort over the weekend with lots of bikers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good although a little costly. Dinner was very good. On checkout we were given water and apples for our journey which was a lovely touch.

We enjoyed our visit very much. The staff were great and very helpful. Strong WiFi coverage around the hotel. The food was good, but lacks accompaniments. Lots of parking.

We always enjoy our stay at this exceptional Hotel, it has become part of our annual holiday plan transitioning through Spain. We are so glad we chose this Hotel many years ago, but it just gets better, it is a true pleasure to stay here, we’ll done to everyone involved!, I think some dedication is involved.

We had such a lovely welcome from Alice on reception, very nice after a long drive. Hotel is very stylish with beautiful furnishings and we were given a very nice room. Set off early so didn't eat there but hoping to stop again on our return.

€15 per dog excessive. Not enough staff in restaurant and bar, so poor service. Very limited menu and then very small portions. Overpriced for what you get.

Hotel and rooms full of character. Spacious. Bed was really comfortable. Huge TV with BBC World!!! Dog friendly ( but €15 per dog extra!!). Really helpful reception.

Always a wonderful stay. Rooms are spacious, airy, and we'll decorated. Love the fridge! Staff are very attentive. Seems to improve every time we stay. They accommodate our dog with bed and food bowls in the room and always offer water when we go into the seperate dining area for dogs.

No real negatives. Would be nice to take the dog in the bar area, but they happily served us just in the reception area which was fine.

Great place to stay on our journey to Spain. Literally 5 minutes off the motorway. Excellent facilities for dog owners like us, with a separate dining area where you can dine and take your dog with you. they even have doggy dinners which were great(so my dog thought). Staff were very friendly and obliging. Nothing too much trouble. Even gave us water and fruit for our onward journey when leaving. Will definitely return to this lovely hotel.

Everything was great. Maybe the dinner could have been more simple. A lovely fresh salad or so would have been a blast. Yet that's complaining on a very high level.

Breakfast was exceptional. The staff was brilliant. Everything was designed to have a perfect stay, and it was fulfilled. Great hotel with a wonderful design a lovely stay overall!

Superb staff nothing too much trouble My husband had a leg injury and the spa was perfect to aid recovery. There is a separate dining area for guests with pets which was greatly appreciated

We have nothing to say in this section as we genuinely have nothing we dislike.

Bedroom as always lovely, super bathroom, we have doggies so we eat dinner and breakfast in an overflow restaurant used for such things when the hotel is not in its high season. Its great and always meet other guests with doggies and always interesting and very nice. Never used the spa as we are one night stayers coming to or leaving Spain. We have stayed many times. The staff are truly pet friendly and always make a fuss of the doggies - checking in, having dinner or breakfast, just passing through reception. Lovely people and we always enjoy staying. Breakfast is very very good and the staff will always try to help with anything additional - fried eggs for example, croissants with cheese and ham straight out the oven and pastries like this as well are examples from our recent stay (but also on previous visits as well).

Just the steak. It was amazing, but steak on its own is a little lacking.

Beautiful building full of history. Very welcoming to dogs. Lovely rooms, Cool in summer and warm and cosy in winter. Doggie toilet area and also a nice grassy field for them to run about. Essential after being enclosed in a car for hours. Seperate dining room for guests with dogs and an outside terrace area in summer. Steak in the evening was delicious, but needed added potatoes and vegetables.

Very comfortable room, with huge bed and a bath. We were very tired and a bit late when we arrived due to some road closures but staff very welcoming and helpful.
