Noise from adjacent building works, but we had been warned so not really a complaint as it was very limited. Oh and the gnats!! Could do with insect spray aerosol included.

Location, ideal for beach, restaurants and shopping. Sitting on the balcony with the view and sound of the waves, perfect. A very helpful staff member Carlota! Room clean and linen changed regularly.

There was some construction noise in the morning (weekdays) from a building on top of the closest hillside but that's not the hotels fault. Just something to be aware of.

Carlota was great, really helpful and had some amazing recommendations about what to do and where to eat. Location couldn't be more convenient, right at the beach but supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need within 5-10 minutes walking distance

Maybe only there could be dark curtains, as the room was very light, especially with the morning sun, which was lovely, but didn't let to sleep after dusk.

Nice bed, lovely location and views, huge terrace. Would visit again.

Unfortunately there was a new hotel under construction nearby. No fault of Inner Niza Paguera, but the noise from the construction was quite a distraction during the day. Being out & about in the daytime meant this was not a huge problem. The evenings were pleasant when the building work stopped & the sound of the waves breaking on the beach took over. A snooze on the delightful balcony or sitting on the lovely crescent beach made for a lovely evening rest.

Attractive & unassuming building, typical local Spanish architecture. Set of keys provided to access the building via the front door with a separate key for the room. Pleasant unpretentious room decor, plenty of wardrobe space, kitchenette & en-suite bathroom with shower & bidet. Good water pressure both hot and cold. Air conditioned - which also doubles as a really effective heater for cooler nights. Good sized balcony with partial sea view. Front door is literally 15m from the beach. Plenty of cutlery/crockery, microwave, double hob, fridge, kettle, t.v., towels & soap all supplied.

Maybe slippers should be prepared for winter.

The room is exactly the same as described. We could hear the sound of the sea all day long. Carlota was very nice. When she knew that I came to celebrate my birthday, she gave us immediately 2 proseccos and glasses.

Fantastic see view. Rooms are very big with their own kitchen. Staff is really nice and helpful. Staying there for a second time. Definitely if it will be possible we will come again.

Need more bed linen, towels supplied. Resort very busy in tge main with Getmans. The shops restaurants are all geered for Germans. Felt a bit awkward at times. But we made the most of it. Spanish treat us well. We just went exploring.

Excellent host reception. Location right on front line. Big supermarket walking distance, many bars restaurants, vet clean, fair rules for everyones comfort , issues resolved speedily, free gifts, offers of equipment to loan umberella, lilo etc, close to very busy restaurant with outdoor entertainment si gers etc sat on balcony eating drinking home cooked meals and the noise ended early and promptly. Close to santa ponca for British if you want to escape the very heavy Getman populated resort. We hired bikes, lots of fun. Close to other places wLking and good bus routes into main towns including Palma. Fabulous breeze on the pathway walk up in the cliffs. You can walk out to the sea for long distance and not deep. Water sports are sparce its a peaceful not overcrowded place. I loved the air con especially.we stayed a werk in s arenal in top hotel air con just weal. This one is very powerful. The bathroom is dated. Need more towels and fresh linen supplied. Not overlooked on huge balcony. Lovely breeze comes from the sea. Quaint little place. Lots of character, well maintained and cleaned. Will return 100%

Unfortunately some guests were quite noisy. Not the fault of the property of course

The location of the apartment is perfect, central to everything you might want or need (beach, food, shops, bus station). The view from the apartment cannot get any better.

Maybe the music coming from the restaurant right next to the building was a little bit annoying in the evening, but it’s a small detail since it stopped at around 23h

The location is great, facing the beach. The room is clean and well equipped to cook a simple lunch, the terrace is really great. We loved everything

The apartment is very small with a balcony to match. In the property description it mentions a restaurant and a coffee house which if there was I didn’t see them.

The view from the balcony was stunning and the location is great for the shops bars and restaurants. We had a couple of problems but Carlotta resolved them as soon as she could.
