We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainI didn't see any staff at all (although I did arrive after 8pm both days) I also didn't see anyone at checkout Sunday morning. In fact, I saw nobody at all during the whole time, staff, guests etc. This wasn't a problem for me, my experience was great and I would repeat but it was a little strange. I would have liked a hairdryer (I borrowed one from someone in Chiclana). I imagine reception has them (but I didn't see any staff!)

FinlandThe extra bed was uncomfortable as it was not steady and thick enough so you could feel the wires. The pool bar was closed.
The hotel was small, quiet, clean and charming. Our room was for three persons, not big but enough. It had a small fridge, a nice terrace and a view to the pool. The big bed was comfortable. The location was very close to the beach, shopping centre and the restaurants. There was free parking. The staff was friendly.

Near beach and nice bars/restaurants, nice pool that my son and I much-utilised (few others did) very friendly staff, air con, having a room straight onto the pool was great.

GermanyThe Wifi in our room wasn't great but totally fine for one night. If I need a stable WIFI connection during my stay I would ask for a room closer to the Router.
The accomodation was great, the pool was right outside the backyard and the room was spacious. It was very close to the beach. For the Check In you have to contact them via phone but they were there within 3 minutes (probably because we were there during off season). Nice and calm (at least in off season) area by the beach and only 40 min drive from Cadiz.

IrelandThere is nothing about the Novomar hotel that we dislike. We like it very much, have been before and , all being well, we will return again this year.
A small hotel is exactly what we like when we go away on a break. The location is perfect as we love to swim and walk along wonderful Barrosa beach. Its also close to Cadiz and we can visit as often as we wish.
