The doors of gate, room, toilets open only with a mobile app, if you forgot your phone when in the toilet you are stuck. If your phone is dead you'll stuck!

Furniture in the bath room needs reparation. The room had view to the very busy square, so it was difficult to sleep even with the closed door. I could hear voices till the early morning

The a/c didn't work very well our first night but was fixed for the next night. My top bunk had a bit of ceiling protruding so it was difficult to sit up without hitting my head.

Only one bathroom for 8 people, had to move to other hostel because of possible bug infection in my room.

This hostel is in a great location, has a nice rooftop over looking Las Setas, a good kitchen and super friendly and helpful staff!

The bathroom of my room had a terrible smell the whole stay… of dirty pipelines and sewer. Made the whole hall and bathroom stink. The shower was also pretty gross in our washroom. The bathroom half of our group had on the first floor was clean and smelled good.

We loved the staff, the sweet young girl receptionist was amazing, and the cleaning lady as well were so hospitable. Terrace was perfect and calm, as well as the kitchen was perfect. (Just missing a freezer) Great location as well!

My bed that was on top, was directly in front of the AC and I really struggled. Two shared bathroom for all the hostel, each one is accessible only by people staying in the same floor as the dormitory. The app to open the room bugs sometimes, you have to keep trying. I suggest to add curtains, small shelf and a lamp in each bed. The wall electrical plug is not well located from the bed.

One bathroom for eight means lines and the bathroom downstairs is nice to have but inconvenient

I loved the vibe of the place. It was probably mostly due to the kind staff and the rooftop (pool with a bar and a stunning view over a busy square).

The beds didn’t have curtains. The work space in the bottom floor was a bit dark. But overall minor things. I’d stay here again!

Smells of sewage in hallways/bathrooms, room had old glass door overlooking the center that made the room very cold and very noisy with restaurants down below closing at 1am/3am

I stayed there during a heat wave and the air conditioner was not working from time to time. The staff were very attentive to this issue and found solutions as soon as I asked ie. arranging a fan and lowering the temperature
