The location is great. Rooms are very modern and clean. The concierge staff are very helpful and knowledgeable for bookings at restaurants. Great views from the rooftop bar.

Rooftop bar very popular for tourists that don’t stay in the hotel. The roof is spectacular but I don’t think I should have to compete with people that are not staying in the hotel for a table.

Room we had was a little tight - particularly when you are living out of a suitcase - but not a big deal and well featured. Roof top bar was expensive but understand why given what it is.

Best of all were the staff. Always friendly and welcoming, lots of helpful advice and proactive on every front. Probably one of the best front desk/concierge teams we have come across, as nothing was too difficult. Location was great and very central - we walked everywhere from the property on most occasions. Roof top was amazing view and although the pool hours were limited for bar traffic, pool was a bonus.

The only constructive feedback could be that breakfast could start a little earlier than 7.30

The front of house staff were so helpful and understood the importance of their roles. We were made to feel welcome each day upon entry and when leaving the hotel. We can’t rate them highly enough!

I liked everything!!

The hotel is modern and functional. The room was very comfortable, clean and the glass shower is very cool. The rooftop is the perfect place to have a cocktail. The breakfast buffet was fresh, well stocked, and they always have tables and a smile for you. I highly recommend this hotel because is centrally located, walking distance to the main attractions and the staff really shows that they like to have you there.

The Hotel was great, but it was the Staff that made it exceptional. We loved our stay there and couldn't say enough good things about our stay. We loved having a break during the day to have a swim and drink on the roof top bar (Thank you Rafael at reception)
