Very nice compound 1br apartment/villa with all needed amenities (tv, internet, fully equipped kitchen, terrasse) + nice pool area. Good location just next guagua station, supermarket Dino and only a few minutes from restaurants/bars and Marina walk. People at reception desk and cleaners staff very amicable and ready to help, thanks.

Only one clean during stay of 8 days. Wooden floor in apartment not very clean. Tired and needs updating in places.

The complex was in a fantastic location, very close to all the amenities in Playa Blanca. The grounds were kept to a very high standard. The two bedroom villas were a great size and had all you could need (including a BBQ). Cannot fault this place.

So handy for shopping eating out and transport. Lovely clean place. Little villla was everything you could ask for. Staff friendly.

Tennis court was being refurbished - OK. But tennis racquets loaned by reception were poor/cheap and all with small grips.

bar and pool were good. Condition of villa was good. Understandably facilities and and 'offerings' were not up to the staandard of local resorts/hotels but adequate for the price. Potential problem with bus to airport was sorted by reception in good time.

Nothing - had a great stay

This is a great block of apartments. The apartment was comfortable, in good condition and well stocked. We really enjoyed the pool, especially the separate kids pool which was great for our little ones. It's also really nice to have the bar open all day, for drinks or a good range of quick, nice meals. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Only a short walk from the beach and town centre. So a lovely stay all round.

Only once weekly cleaning which was on the website but i hadnt noticed . Could do with twice or 3 times weekly to compare with other places we have stayed in PB Rubbish all had to be taken ourselves to a location close by

Loved the heated pool. Excellent priced drinks. Good evening entertainment programme Location was fantastic . Villa was spacious and modern Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Unfortunately we were very disappointed that the property didn’t measure up to the description by Booking.com and from Ona Las Brisas web page. It stated that all units have a dishwasher and mosquito blinds on the windows. Our unit didn’t,not having a dishwasher was an inconvenience but not having mosquito blinds meant we couldn’t have the windows open at night. We prefer not to use air conditioning but when we succumbed found it too cold. So sleep was problem some nights. These issues were reported at the time. So sadly not a 10/10 score on this occasion

We’ve holidayed here before and love so much about Las Brisas. For me the large, heated swimming pool is a big asset, great restaurant/cafe on site. Spacious and comfortable accommodation, English tv, pleasant gardens and a fantastic location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It’s also next door to the bus station which means you can travel from the airport for €3.30. The staff on site are friendly and helpful and do a great job keeping the place clean and maintained. .

Reception staff members were polite and helpful. The property has been cleaned to a good standard before we entered. Playa Dorada Beach is about 15 mins and Playa Flamingo about 20 mins walk. Playa Dorada is one of the cleanest beaches I have ever visited. The hotel operates its own restaurant, which seems to be only for those renting the property, the prices as well as the quality of the food are reasonable there, and the restaurant staff are also attentive and polite. The norms of behaviours among the residents were generally great (could be a culture the residents feel and follow). The pool is clean, pretty large and moderately heated.

Culturally, this resort feels like the UK: All guests are Brits, food is sausage and bacon, TV shows Tottenham - Arsenal... Not a very authentic experience

Swimming pool: large, warm, nice. Good location close to the beach, harbour and lively beachfront walk. Helpful and pleasant staff Wasn't crowded (in March)

I would have liked to have seen the little gardens at each villa kept cleaner as there were leaves and petals swirling around all the time. The general gardens were immaculately kept

The location was excellent, near enough to pool which was super We were near our family and they were extremely pleased with their 2 bedroom except it did not have a dishwasher! The villa very comfortable, staff very helpful. The restaurant bar very nice for snacks and drink

Refurbishment of nearby bungalow exceptionally noisy! Cooking/frying smells not so good in bar and windows in need of cleaning. Our bungalow needed upgrading especially paintwork and kitchen cabinets

Self catering. Supermarket very close. Option of breakfasting in bar along with other meals and refreshments. Programme of entertainment in evenings. Swimming pool wonderfully warm (heated)
