There was nothing I didn’t like.

It was what it was advertised as - a 4**** hotel. Comfortable beds, big fluffy towels lovely toiletries. Soundproof with doors closed. Breakfast was excellent thanks Ann. We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was superb. It was a nice change to stay in a hotel that was as it was advertised to be. Plush and comfortable. We had an issue at the beginning as our room was very small but was sorted out quickly. Stayed in a standard room

Hotel,was not able to fix constantly changing shower water temperature. Offered to change rooms, however available alternatives were not suitable.

I think ideally we would have liked the gym onsite, but it was only a short walk to the sister hotel to use the gym.

This hotel was in the most fantastic location, right in the heart of the old Gothic quarter, surrounded by beautiful historical buildings. Only a few seconds walk from one of the main plazas and Cathedral we loved walking around the neighbourhood and staying out late knowing the hotel was so close. The room was exceptionally tidy with lovely toiletries, robes and welcome treat for us. The staff were incredibly helpful, making reservations for us and recommending places for us, for example the paellas cooking class we did. The roof terrace was stunning, peaceful and quiet with a bar service through the telephone.

The rooms need a better sound insulation especially close to the stairways (floors and stairs are made in marble).

The location was absolutely perfect. A grand entrance and a very thoughtful and tasteful interior set in a beautiful building.

Staff went above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Room was cleaned with new linens every day, turn down service with little chocolates at night. I stayed there for my birthday, and they surprised me with a bottle of Cava and chocolate cake. I thought that was so sweet Great location

The design of the room while appealing was not very functional in the bathroom and to a lesser extent the seating area.

Really enjoyed the esthetics of the hotel and room as well as the staff and location.

The shower temperature could not be held constant, a problem that affected hotels in the distant past. The sink lighting was not bright enough.

This is a modern and very attractive hotel in the old section of Valencia. Our room was good size and beautifully appointed. Our windows overlooked an attractive square. The breakfast was good quality. The staff were very obliging and pleasant.

I hate to say it because all else was so good, but I didn't love the food in the restaurant. It wasn't up to the high standard of everything else there. It was good, but not great. The fantastic service helped make it a special evening nevertheless.

Beautiful hotel in a period property full of elegance and charm, and stunningly decorated. The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful. I really didn't want to leave. The location was marvelous, right in the heart of the old town, five minutes from all the sights you'd want to see.

The Presidential suite was beautiful, but could be improved by fixing small practical shortcomings: Shortage of towel holders, too little shelf space in the bathroom; detach the switch of the ceiling lamp above the bed from the general light switch in the room.
