Although I checked before through the Internet if the restaurant is open there was no food availabe (it was a sunday)

Nice hotel for a stop-over when traveling by car. Not far away from the motorway. Parking outside is available and free of charge. The garage (difficult access because it is rather small) is available for an extra fee.

You cannot bring food from outside. There is no 24 hour-reception so that if you've got an early exit you resort to using the emergency exit

The location of the hotel is not great for having a quiet stay. There is a busy road right next to it. The room was pretty dark. There is a foil on all the windows. There is not much to see on foot, you will need to drive somewhere to-and-from here if you want to do anything. Breakfast arrangement was confusing.

The staff is nice and professional. If you've got money to spend, the restaurant has good offerings. The room was spacious and clean. Parking on site is no problem and it felt safe.

The parking in the garage was not free, and the lot was blocked off since we arrived later in the evening and we had to park down the street in a separate business lot. Also, there was no way to have privacy in the bathroom- the shower was full glass, right up against the bed with blinds that didn't really offer privacy. I had to stay turned the whole time my adult son was showering. The toilet was also visible the same way. It made for uncomfortable situations.

Friendly staff, easy to find and nice clean room. We weren't there for lunch or dinner, but he restaurant seemed nice.

The lift was out of order. Luckily they had a fit member of staff who carried the bags up stairs.

This is a luxury hotel on the outskirts of Girona. There is limited parking outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and the check in efficient. The rooms were super luxurious and the ensuite bathrooms lovely. The showers worked well and the water was warm. We ate in the hotel restaurant where the food was delicious and the staff made every effort to explain things to us. The next morning the staff came in super early so that we could have breakfast before we left for an early plane/train.

The menu was not clearly laid out when we down loaded it . Breakfast was particularly confusing. The food was very ‘canteen’ like, not as good as we expected.

our room was well appointed and the bathroom was clean with good hot water. the parking was easy just outside the hotel . There was outside space where you could eat and drink , although the wet weather prevented us using it.

The receptionist wasn’t very friendly when we arrived but we didn’t have to talk to her for long and she wasn’t working the following morning.

The hotel 'closed' between midnight and seven am. We were travelling with our dogs, we were a little concerned that if we took them out during the night that we would not be able to get back in as we were not given an access code and the instructions said that if we wanted to exit the hotel we would have to do so using the emergency doors.

Secure underground parking really only suitable for small cars due to the very narrow exit.

The infrastructure is rather dated and the restaurant was mediocre. Also, the parking spots are rather small and require some sweating when parking a larger SUV.

It's an ok hotel for a one night stay, but certainly not something I will remember and think about visiting again. The rooms were quite and allowed for a decent night of sleep.

The property is not too far from the AP-7 exit Girona North. The staff was very accommodating to my request for a late arrival between 11pm and midnight. I had also requested a late check out as I had to work in the room.

Everything else. The staff top to bottom, we're unfriendly and Newcastle looked up..Totally indifferent to you being there. Restaurant did was average. Simply, the staff ruined the lovely hotel. Poor location as well.

Friendly hosts. Very good coffee. Nice hotel, nice room, free parking. 5 min to Girona Center by car. Nice old Girona and Cathedral. Hotel simple to find on the north entry of Girona.
