We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SpainIt wasn't that I didn't like it but breakfast was adequate, could do with more meat/cheese selection and fruit. Also it was all left to one person, breakfast and reception.

SpainOn arrival a list of mishaps. Key cards didn't work, previous guests soiled towels left in bathroom, air-conditioning not working and it was 35C (was fixed after a few hours) and the antique hairdryer would've taken me 6mths to dry my hair ☺
We have been here many times and the grounds and pool lovely. Superior room with a garden terrace great especially for our little dog. Relaxing. Staff helpful. Fab seafood restaurant close by.

United StatesThis is our third visit to Palau Verd, so we knew what to expect, and were not disappointed. It's become our "second home" when we want to have a small beach holiday in Denia. Great value, comfortable, great breakfast. Nothing to complain.

SpainIt's very simple we had a room booked with a massage/spa as advertised... however when we arrived we found that wasn't the case as practically everything was closed due to covid etc... really it's very disappointing to enter into an agreement and find that one of the main reasons for your visit (and why I paid a LOT of money) is essentially not as advertised... if the shoe was on the other foot the hotel would expect something else.... this is not the way to do business... it makes what could have been a great experience into a feeling of being swindled.

Spainrestaurant not open for lunch or dinner no food a all all day except continental breakfast from 830 am !!! no coffee options around this. it says 24 hour reception but it’s not. spa not open. apparently they only opened last week. so it should have been said in the information. internet intermittent

Very pretty small hotel, lovely friendly staff, with a lovely pool and outside space. It is 500 metres walk from Les Rotes coast which is great for snorkeling and swimming. Some decent restaurants nearby, and about a half an hour walk to Denia marina which has lots of nice restaurants. Hotel has a couple of basic bycicles which guests can use for free.

SpainWe didn’t like the fact that we weren’t told that the kitchen was closed for dinner and the spa was also closed. The room where we had breakfast on a previous stay was closed so there was no choice of breakfast, just take what you were given. At around 6am on our first night there was an horrendous smell of sewage in the room for about an hour, it was coming from the vent in the bathroom. Also a lot of noisy building work going on near the hotel. Staff business like but not friendly. Overall we were disappointed with our stay and the hotel fell way below the standard we experienced a few years ago.
It’s a lovely hotel with beautiful gardens and a nice pool.

PolandI did not like that the towels were being changed on a daily basis even if they are hanging. There is no need for that and the environment is more important.
Breakfast was simple but delicious. There was always fresh fruit, so sweet! It was enough for the breakfast (croissants, tomatoes, cheese, tortilla espanola, jam, and ham). The room was very nice, big and the lovely terrace garden where you can rest. The pool was nice, the garden too, with cicadas all day and night playing. Such a lovely feeling to be surrounded by the nature.
