THE ROOM HAD A EXCELLENT VIEW OF THE CITY AND COUNTRY SIDE TO THE SIDE AND BEYOND THE ROOM ALSO HAD A BALCONY THAT YOU COULD SIT ON AND TAKE IN THE SUNSET.

A magnificent hotel with great views and interiors. Nice staff and lovely bar area. A quick taxi ride or walk to Segovia city center makes it also very convenient.

Limited facilities for wheelchair- steps to the dinning room . However the staff were very helpful and took us on a torturous route through the basement and kitchens to get there .

Food available restricted until after 8.30pm for dinner and casual menu. AC only available at hotel discretion, not on demand. Recommend to take own fan. Refreshments only from mini bar.

Good room with excellent views to the castle, cathedral and historic city.Walk to centre 3 kilometres downhill. Return by taxi uphill, good value at 6 euros. Modern style hotel worth a visit even for the architecture and lounge views. Fair price but pay for all extras.

Slightly overpriced. Our bedroom door wasn't sealed properly so could feel the breeze coming in at night. The bathrooms need updating.

The location is excellent, only a couple minutes drive from the centre. The views from the common areas and the bedrooms are superb! The lounge and bar area is huge, confortable and cosy. The heating system is extremely good. Easy to park too as they have a huge parking. Excellent experience!

The bed was a little too firm for our liking. The service and food in the bar were average due to lack of staff - the waitress on duty worked very hard to cope with numbers and was extremely helpful and pleasant despite demands on her time.

The reception staff were not very welcoming. Bar man was positively surly and pool attendant elusive. The hotel should not charge extra for the sauna.

Yes the rooms are a bit dated, but our main issue was the heating. In the middle of winter we had our patio door wide open and it was still like an oven inside. The fact that some dogs were barking in the village throughout the night exacerbated the issue.

The architecture of the building is magnificent, with the beautiful black tiled floor and other Bauhaus features. The view from the hotel over the old city is magnificent. You get to see the 3 main sights from across the hill and this especially beautiful at night.

some of the facilities were being changed so it was a long walk with stairs down to the restaurant. Our one dinner experience was not good. If we had known that the little QR code on the phone in our room we could have found out that we could have perfectly good bar meals. But we didn't even notice the bar code. It should have been pointed out. There were no menus in the bar so we assumed that they didn't do food.

Breakfast was expensive and not really worth the money. The view from the room was excellent, and the staff were very helpful.

The staff are not friendly nor welcoming. The restaurant had the typical Spanish meal schedule but if you were hungry or sick (which I was) there wasn’t even a sandwich or soup served anywhere else in the hotel.

It’s a beautiful property in a wonderful location.

Despite sending our steak back as it was not cooked to medium as initially requested it was returning to our table about the same.

Service not up to standard expected in this type of hotel. Especially at breakfast when we couldn't get any attention form the waiter. You have to drive to town (which was expected) or get a taxi which are expensive for the distance.

Great view of Segovia from the balcony and the pool. Breakfast quality good but very expensive (19 Euro). Spacious room and bathroom.
