The wall paper in our room was slightly damaged. A lot of noise coming from upstairs assuming it’s from the people staying in that room. One of the attendants at the check in was not friendly and quite rude

Parkering can be a problem, green zone, blue zone, there is a disco close, so forget about parkering between thursday-sunday.

My only feedback would be that the spa needed some maintenance. I found the pool a little cold (but that’s subjective).

I found the staff excellent. Particularly the man taking care of the cafe… so pleasant and friendly.

Spa is quite small for big hotel and you have only one hour per day. Everyone is going at that time because during the day they are out, so it is crowded. It looks like it needs some renovation. Beds are not so comfortable and pillows are bad.

People are really kind, room has enough space, big bathroom. Cocktails in the bar are great, breakfast is fine and food for dinner is really tasty. We had the best brownie that I ever tried. Rooftop is absolutely amazing, stunning view of the whole city and sea on the other side.

Everything was excellent, except the noise from the elevator we could hear in our room. It was especially annoying late in the evening at sleep time.

The location was great, close to the metro. The room was clean and spacious, with an amazing view to the Sagrada Famillia. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Noisy at night with the nightclub opposite and some of the other guests! Obviously not the fault of the hotel. The interior rooms were also very hot and no air con being February. We had a fan but I didn’t sleep well due to the lack of air.

Air con did not go below 19 degrees and with no outside window was too hot and couldn’t sleep.Was given fan for next night and moved room which was much better.

The only thing I need to mention is that it would be good to control the entries to the spa, as it was quite crowded at 7pm when we went. Additionally, the pool felt a bit on the cold side; perhaps it could be a bit warmer, although I'm not aware of the regulations regarding temperature.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The breakfast was simply amazing, offering a wide array of choices, including many healthy options. Their effort was evident, and I must say, it's the best breakfast we've ever had in a hotel. The staff was also very friendly. The hotel has a restaurant, which we tried and I enjoyed my meal very much.

the room was too hot, there was no way to control temparature from the room. In the sustainability era this is not acceptable, I had to sleep with the window open in January to have a reasonable temperature in the room.

The hotel is very nice, room are big and reasonably clean. breakfast is ok, personnel is very kind and supportive. Location is nice, close to the beach and not too far from subway.

Beautifully decorated, very clean and drinks were cheaper than many bars in the area, but the roof top bar is amazing with incredible panoramic views of Barcelona.

Noise ! Noise ! Lots of doors being opened in the early hours of the morning aha and also there’s a lot of building work nearby so that causes noise as well but that’s not the hotel fault lol
