The music from the rooftop bar may be louder than should be sometimes for guests on the floor below

Very clean, spacious room and great service from Hotel. Very close to metro stations and taxis and an easy to get around neighborhood. Spa and pool included in our reservation. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it !

We definitely could've used more closet space and more hangers, considering it was a room for two people. The gym was also quite limited. It might also be a good idea to place families on a specific floor, as the family with kids in the room next door to us were very loud and disruptive.

We liked the rooftop, the spa, the large room, and the daily cleaning of the room. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very comfortable.

The coffee and tea in the room was not topped up I would have liked some moisturising cream in the bathroom

The sun roof area was a great chill out place with music and an bar The bed was soooooo comfortable. We had the best sleep. My daughter also remarked on it. It was probably the best bed I have ever slept in. Breakfast was absolutely plentiful and delicious

The noise from other guests slamming doors was a bit annoying but, the doors are heavy, so I can see how it happens! It also isn't in the best location for general tourist sightseeing. If you take the metro it's absolutely great but if you do prefer to walk around it's a bit far out.

The hotel overall was really clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful too, which was nice. Breakfast was good and there was always lots on offer for guests. The spa was a nice addition, it had good facilities and although it is quite small for the size of the hotel, guests get an hour a day, which is helpful as it means people can't hang around for too long. The beds were comfy and although the AC wasn't the coldest, it did the job!

- the worst WIFI I ever saw in my whole life, it will not be enough even to watch stream on twitch. - no water bottles provided by hotel(only mini-bar), you need to buy water somewhere else & bring to the hotel :)

Elevators are problematic, especially on the weekend. Expect exceptional waiting time. Gym is super tiny and for some reason opens only at 8AM. Should be earlier if not 24H. The great balcony should be open longer hours on the day.

Overall a good hotel, nice SPA. Got a room with balcony which was awesome. Nice restaurant for dinner. Decent breakfast.

staff were super kind professional and friendly. However had real problems with their breakfast as I am gluten free and also allergic to eggs. I had warned of this before my arrival and was after pestering in the kitchen a terrible bread roll defrosted .

Sound proofing could be better in the rooms, we could hear conversations and people walking upstairs.

Rooftop was lovely, the spa looked nice too but we didn’t use it in the end. The location is great as it’s a quiet area but still walking distance to main shops(20/30 mins) and the beach (20mins)

Near some clubs, so it's a bit noisy at night, but the rooms have great soundproofing, so it didn't really bother me.

I really don't know. We tried the restaurant only for one dessert, so we really cannot say much about them.

A very nice hotel, in a nice neigbourhood of Barcelona. Excellent rooms, super comfy beds, wonderful spa department and rooftop bar, good breakfast. I would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

I think that 18€/person for buffet brakfast its absolutely too much. They also charge childrens 9€. And above all, breakfast is nothing special and there is not a lot choices. Also children are welcome in spa/pool only between 9-13…

Good location, taxi is always few steps away. Rooms are a bit outdated but clean.

Restaurant on 10 floor is to early close. They are closed at 8 pm me be beter open late and close at 11.30 pm. I believe that it’s nice view at when sun set. I don’t like frozen fruit : himbery orange with cocktail Rezydents would like to visit reastirant on 10 floor but it’s close when they come beck from the beach

The rooftop lounge closest at eight p m. On the weekends the people coming back to the rooms early in the morning are very loud and disruptive. It is located some distance from most of the major tourist sites so you do have to use transportation. Overpriced

You could walk to La Sakarada Familia in about 25 minutes. The room was large with room to spread out and plenty of outlets. Multiple metro stations within a few minutes walk. The rooftop lounge has a nice view.

The walls were too thin, that you could hear every movement happening on the floor, the heat isolation wasn’t that good and it didn’t help that there was a construction site near by I think giving this hotel four stars was maybe too generous

It is not a sSpa. Just a small pool of 25 square meters and a few saunas, that's all.
