The pool looked like it didn't get any sun and was cold water, so particularly cold. Although very close to the airport and only a taxi ride into Malaga, there was literally nothing outside of the hotel. It was in the middle of an industrial site. We were there for the Davis Cup tennis, so it wasn't important for us but you would need a car or it gets expensive with taxis

It was perfect for our stay. Very clean, helpful staff and good food.

Well it's like great inside but it is situated in an industrial estate.

Everything, especially having a good restaurant with good value. The staff were brilliant .

Breakfast not worth the money ample food but cold and dry.Apart from one the reception staff were not pleasant. The only hotel that I have stayed in that didn’t have a corkscrew.

Th location! whilst it said it was a little out of town, it in no way prepares you for the fact that its in the middle of an industrial estate and its very hard to get anywhere other than by taxi. There is no where to go for a walk. The taxi cost to the city or airport is about 16 euro so not expensive but its just not the sort of hotel to stay for a holiday, I think its more suited to business travellors. The other issue is that it has beautiful gardens, in a sort of court yard with fountains, trees etc and it also has a swimming pool. But in november when we stayed, although it was still 21degrees, the pool was in permanent shade, freezing cold and unuseable. So good for the odd night or a business trip but not ideal for us.

beautiful hotel, building, rooms and grounds, bed was really comfy , food was good and staff helpful. We could not fault any of this.

No English speaking tv at all not even the news! We borrowed 2 irons both faulty ( exposed wires in both irons) one giving an electric shock to the user because of exposed electric wires on lead. Breakfast could be a bit cold .

Loved the courtyard. The staff were delightful. The bathrooms were large and the shower very powerful. The beds were very comfortable . Nice pool and very clean.

Poor buffet breakfast; the hot buffet was stone cold. You only get one bottle of water each for your entire stay, and the water bottle machine was broken. It's a 17 euro ride to the centre. Swimming pool closed in winter. Gym was well set up. There is a factory right behind the hotel, so there is a drone by night, especially if you have the window open (which we had to because the air on was locked so we couldn't adjust it).

Incredibly clean. Very comfy bed. Two of the reception staff were super friendly and helpful, but the others were quite aloof.

Location of Hostel in a industrial complex next to the motorway and Airport a bit strange but for us and where we wanted to be was very good. the inner courtyard of hotel was surprising quiet and relaxing. The bar/restaurant next to hotel (although a separate business) was good also

Nothing major only things that the hotel needs to work on is that they do not just cater for Spanish tourist or people who understand Spanish need to upgrade their TV system with English translation and have some spice or Chilli for customer who like spice food.

everything was perfect at the hotel the only negative points is that on the website it says ten minutes from the Airport and the City Center but it is more than 10 minutes from both places apart from that everything was great.

The design is a bit old. Facilities are old too.

The calmness in the air is amazing. The garden is spacious and beautiful. On the middle of the garden there is a fountain. Absolutely amazing 😀 The staff is welcoming and kind.

Difficult to find even with GPS. Under a spaghetti junction with only one loop the right one. In stark contrast to the Medieval kitsch already mentioned, the rooms are lit in bright cold daylight halogen. Like entering an operating theatre. Soundproofing of plumbing could be better. The airport flight path is close.

Attractive inner courtyard to sit. Good breakfast buffet. Ample free parking. A matter of taste but we liked the "Olde Worlde" fake medieval castle decor, with suits of armour, shields, and tapestries of bare - breasted harem girls and dreamy knights errant - like a King Arthur themed Las Vegas casino. We enjoy kitsch, some might not.

Very strong smell of chlorine in the room. Needed to open all the windows to get it out. A bit noisy to sleep with open windows.

Hotel has everything you need for a short stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The only complaint we have is that the coffee that comes with the hotel breakfast is pretty awful. A shame because the breakfast is otherwise good.

We stay here for a night whist travelling to our house in Southern Spain a couple of times a year. We like that it's 5 or 10 mins drive from the airport, that it's quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff are pleasant and helpful and it has a lovely garden. The on site restaurant is excellent, the beds are comfortable and the rooms have everything you need. it's slightly quirky, which we like, in fact we liked it when it was more quirky!
