There is no iron in the room. Had to be collected from reception each day.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Amazing decor and ambience. Communal areas offered lots of seating and spaces to hang out. Pool area was comfortable and offered a range of sunbeds, upright seating and tables for your belongings. Good range of food items at breakfast with the option to eat at the restaurant next door. Free parking outside the hotel. Easy to locate. Amazing shower - warm and powerful. A window in the bathroom offered additional ventilation. Housekeeping was available each day - so fresh towels every day!

Location said 4km from the airport, but in reality its longer as you have to travel arround the airport with a taxi/car

The soundproofing was poor. We could hear our neighbour shouting down the phone and coughing during the night. Buffet breakfast not great but adequate.

Surprisingly lovely hotel. It's on an industrial estate near the airport so didn't expect much. We stayed one night before flight. Staff helpful. Facilities good, the gardens and pool are lovely. There is separate restaurant next door with basic but decent food. Not sure would recommend for longer stays in the area but is a great stop over.

The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with colorful flowers and plants, and with nice comfortable lounge seats and tables. The room is spacious and clean.

Our stay at hotel Plaza del Castillo was really great. The exterior is magnificent, medieval architecture with a lovely, peaceful garden and a beautiful fountain..Staff really helpful and friendly. Ideal choice for those who want to be close to the airport.

Bedroom could use some subdued lighting.

Quirky hotel, like a modern castle built in an industrial estate. Strange but it works! Room was small but clean. There's a beautiful courtyard garden that's a great place to sit in the sunshine. Breakfast (extra) was good, served overlooking the garden. There's a restaurant attached (but different ownership). We ordered food quite late when we arrived but had to eat it in the hotel reception as they were closing! Reception staff were helpful. Quite close to airport so handy for a night before or after flight.

Slight lack of bathroom products (low quality). Location is a €15-23 uber to Malaga old town. Nothing around the hotel (it's in an industrial unit).

A few steps and ramps to negotiate

Very clean. Comfortable bed .Reception staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Good breakfast buffet and restaurant which was open all day. I have mobility problems and we were given a room with a walk-in shower. Much appreciated

I didn't expect to pay for the breakfast, I booked with Breakfast on booking, it was a bad surprise.

We were second in line at the check in, but got served after several clinets arriving later, made us feel absolutely unwllecomed. Apart from this, all else was fine.

The location is a bit out of town, but the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly (actually not part of the hotel) and the room was tidy, quiet and parking very easyand free around the hotel
