beautiful old building on an attractive old square in nice district located v close to ferry port, train station and bus station. great walks along the bay to museum, beaches, town centre and great choice of bars, cafes, restaurants nearby. quiet at night. lovely spacious room with view of square and bay, big bathroom with brilliant shower. Best of all a kettle!!!! Comfortable bed with two pillows, heating if needed. friendly helpful reception staff, willing to give a bit of time, very nice breakfast. plus a bowl of boiled sweets at reception like all Spanish hotels used to have! there is a lift and it is dog friendly.

beautiful Pension in historic building with many original features. En suite bedrooms were very modern, spotlessly clean and super showers. Breakfast we excellent with wide choice of products. Good hot coffee was available from a machine. Highly recommended. Will be back.

This was a bit of a surprise we were expecting a whole building, when the Hotel was actually the whole floor of a large building, but that did not detract from what a great place this was to stay at, & how well the staff/owners looked after us, it was central to so many bars.restuarants & shops as well as not far from the shore, it was also pet friendly, but there was no traces of that as it was so clean, we loved it Thank you

The outside can get a little noisy and windows have to be shut to cancel this out - not much the hotel can do about that. In the morning there was a lot of toing and froing noise, not sure much can be done about that, other than asking guests to cut down the noise.

Very central hotel right in the middle of Santander. Hosted in a historic building, but the rooms are nice and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful with various things for my trip. Breakfast was held in another airy room and made for a nice morning in the middle of Santander. Around the area there's plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, the good beaches are a bus/boat ride away.

It is in a very active part of town. People party noisily till 5 AM. Since there is no air conditioning, have to leave windows open . Hard to sleep with the noise.

It was centrally located so it was easy to walk every where.

For light sleepers: The walls are on a thin side so you can hear the neighbours quite well, and also on there is a number of cafes around the building so it gets a bit noisy on weekend nights.

The location is excellent. Parking is right underneath the square where the B&B is, costs 16 euros a day. Decent breakfast included.

the amount of messages from the property suggesting to check in in advance via an app was overwhelming and confusing - this is not required after all if you arrive within their check-in hours

This place is so great. The breakfast is so good. Everything is so clean. The room is very comfortable and has window with the nice view. I am totally satisfied with this hotel.
