If I could change one thing I would use 100% cotton bedding due to allergies

Very friendly helpful staff even though there was a language barrier (our fault for not speaking Spanish). Double room spotlessly clean. Complementary coffee tea biscuits and bottle of water. Small balcony. Lovely hot shower, nice smelling shower products and soft towels. Fridge in room. Good selection of food and drinks at breakfast. Very good value. Stayed twice in our short break. Fantastic accommodation in a central location. Close to bars, restaurants and the port. The room had a balcony that overlooked a lovely plaza with a merry-go-round, and was clean and modern with tea and coffee making facilities and fridge. Brilliant bathroom with large-walk in shower. Very good continental breakfast.

Room was rather warm, and it was only May. Aircon was not working, only heating function but it might be because of the time of the year (not sure).

Perfect location, great room size and views, clean. Breakfast was great, and they were providing more on demand to avoid food waste - loved this! Staff at reception was always helpful.

Staff and location was particularly noteworthy. Bathroom could have been a little larger, but not an issue. Breakfast was also very good. Overall, an excellent experience and value. I highly recommend this lodging.

Great location by bus & train stations, Plaza Pombo & water front. Safe & easy in all respects. Just catch lift to floor indicated, not stairs. Lovely reception staff. Clean & comfortable. Would stay here again anytime.

The location were Perfect right in the middle of the city just minutes away from the ferry port, the hotel was very clean and the nice lady at the check in desk spoke English which were perfect since I only know 2 words in Spanish she were a wonderful help, the breakfast were very basic but does the job. Lovely part of the world and loved watching the huge ferries and vessels going by

There needs to be a more shower gel/ soap in the bathroom. The sashes are a waste of time.

Perfect location on the Plaza de Pombo, easy walking distance to the seafront, Centro Botin, lots of bars, restaurants & shops etc. Thecroom was clean with a kettle & tea bags, bottle of water. Ample sized bathroom. The breakfast had a choice of bread/ toast, cereals, juices, meat & cheese plus coffee etc.

Fabulous place - clean, modern, comfortable, great location in town. Great with being able to access room with your phone. The staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. Didn’t have the morning brekkie but had the coffee - amazing! Room was perfect for a weekend stay, everything we needed, would definitely return. Walls a little thin which might be an issue if you’re bothered about hearing other people - didn’t bother us at all, were very happy with our room - Had a lovely little balcony opening out to the square at the front
