All was excellent

The location was perfect for us, next to the towers, between the old city center and the park. It was our first visit to Valencia and we wanted a place which lent itself to walking. We also deeply appreciated the superb concierge service at the hotel. The staff was kind, extremely helpful and professional at each step of our short stay. They assisted us in securing dinner reservations at a very nice restaurant and directed us to the tram service to the beach, which was very convenient. The room itself was beautiful and amenities top notch.

Hotel was in a great location. Given a complementary token on arrival to have in rooftop bar whenever you please. Staff were fantastic very helpful,Friendly and knowledgeable..Check in with Nacho was very nice he asked if we wanted any recommendations to do and if we needed anything at all to ask. Hotel smelled absolutely fantastic from reception to room..Rooftop bar had a great view..Rooms were beautiful with fantastic Air Conditioning..Beds were large and comfortable. Have no complaints at all..perfect stay. Wish we stayed for longer. Would definitely return and recommend to everyone.

I made a last-minute hotel reservation while road-tripping in Spain, and my husband and I spontaneously chose to stay in Valencia. The decision was based on the excellent reviews of this hotel, and I'm thrilled that I did. The hotel's location couldn't be more ideal, and the suite we secured was not only charming but also impeccably clean. It seems like the hotel is newly built, and the view from the balconies is truly breathtaking. Our favorite part of being tourists was waking up to the daily morning view. must add that the complimentary couple cocktails made our evenings on the hotel's rooftop even more enjoyable. I can't help but mention that the view from the rooftop is truly spectacular

There was an offering of a free drink on the rooftop terrace to discover there is just one choice of a local recipe. Much too strong for the average person. Soft drinks were offered as a substitute. Would have enjoyed a glass of wine instead. I mentioned it to the staff so not sure what they will do.

MYR was exceptional, the staff extremely helpful, lovely room and very comfortable beds, delicious breakfast served per order not buffet and great service! Great location too! Patricia is delightful in every way!

Excellent location right across from the park but also within great proximity of the old town. The standard double rooms are spacious enough for a solo traveller or couple and has beautiful aesthetics as well as cool technology for lighting. The facilities are well designed and easy to use.

Both me and my partner would be back in a minute, have already recommended the hotel to all our friends and family. All the staff were amazing and the room and location was stunning. We loved the roof top bar, we just wish we had a few more nights to to enjoy it all over again.

For a tourist that is getting around by rental car, finding the hotel was difficult. Also need to advise your potential customers that they need to book the parking garage when booking their hotel stay as spaces are limited. We were lucky as 1 space remained. Finally, this is an old renovated building so if you have a big car, getting into the garage is tricky.

The breakfast was very good. The service staff was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The hotel was nicely renovated and is in an excellent location as it is in the charming and beautiful Valencia historical center.

Maybe the tea and coffee facilities could of been more generous without having to ask for more. But this is only a minor flaw.

Location was perfect. We know Valencia well and this location was ideal as a last minute booking. Breakfast was great! Plenty to eat and brought to our table promptly. We loved Miriam! So efficient and knew exactly what we wanted. In fact all the staff were so helpful throughout our stay, please pass on our gratitude to them. We will come again.

I think the breakfast could be more varied and some items placed in a more buffet style system- especially the drinks like orange juice and coffee and things like pastries. It’s a shame there’s no swimming pool or gym though the roof terrace is nice.

The location was excellent near the towers serranos and easy walk to all main old town attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious with modern design. The breakfast was good but I would have preferred a buffet style system as did not like to keep asking for things like orange juice and there were only two serving staff operating at any one times so sometimes things like coffee did not arrive when asked for, also after a while it did get a bit tedious ordering off the same limited breakfast menu. The front desk staff were kind and helpful.
