The apartment slept 7 people but there wasn't enough hot water for one person to have a shower. Most of the planes and bowls were dirty so had to wash anything before we used it. The seal was missing from the bottom of the shower screen so first person to get a shower nearly broke there neck because the floor was wet through. There was a metal bar on the front door from where the door had been repaired after a break in which made us feel a little uneasy.

We've stayed here before so knew what to expect. I love the location, walkable to Port Aventura, the beach and restaurants. The apartments are spacious and have balconies. We had two bathrooms, one with a tub. The price is amazing. Super quick check in and easy key drop for the check out.

We were staying there because we went to Portaventura for 2 days and it was really close ( by car less than 10 minutes) . They offer parking but there were enough free spaces on the road beside the apartment. The apartment was really nice, balconies in each room, comfortable beds, nicely decorated and clean. As we were 5, 2 adults and 3 kids, they provided us with a foldable extra bed which we put in one of the bedrooms. It was especially great having 2 bathrooms. As it was low season , all restaurants in the area were closed, so we found a supermarket in walking distance and cooked in the apartment. We found everything needed and enjoyed our stay with our 3 kids. Only downside was that the indoor pool and sauna/ spa complex was closed during our stay but it said so on the website when we booked, so we knew about it. They also have a big pool in the communal area which is open in summer, so we are looking forward to return. The check- in was super quick, you have to leave by 11am and when doing earlier, you can just put you apartment key in a letter box. The reception area has a vending machine selling drinks and also a coffee machine.

maybe a welcome pack of some tea, coffee, milk would be nice and some water. Kettle would have been better than boiling water in a saucepan

We had ordered a taxi through reception to the airport, but it didn’t turn up - not sure if it was the hotels fault though.

Third bedroom is really a single. Had a single bed and then a folding bed but no room to move around once opened. Bathrooms had no towel rails, some rust in places. Kitchen appliances good but poorly equipped in terms of cooking utensils. Could have done with some details such as coffee, tea bags, tea towel, a couple of washing pods for washing machine.

Outdoor pool, indoor pool, spa all very good and clean. Apartment was clean and aircon was good. Comfortable beds. Living room and balcony very spacious and modern deco.

Size of double bed , shower could do with a little maintenance. Free WI-FI was offered but didn’t work

The pool has no sunbeds and you can’t eat round the pool or use inflatables. The room was clean but a bit tired with watermarks where there had been a previous flood. The wiring on the tv and iron was a bit dodgy, the air con broke but it was fixed within 24 hours.

Location to the main town and the theme/waterpark is fantastic. The indoor pool/spa facilities are a great addition. The 3 bed apartment was spacious with a huge balcony and had a lot of kitchen utensils. The beds were comfy. The staff were really friendly, polite and helpful.

Garden and outer look is very good. All clean and swimming pool look clean. Quick check in and parking. Rooms need refurbished, bed room are simple , which is ok but living room was with extremely let down furniture and little TV old model

The gym only opens from 5pm to 9pm. There was no kettle or hairdryer. The apartment feels a bit old, some things felt like they could easily break if you weren't careful

It was great value for money, location was only 15 minutes walk from the main area and it was quiet at night.
