Nothing about the property but the lane to the hotel is narrow and not easy to manoeuvre past oncoming traffic.

The location was excellent as was the property itself. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent and imaginative. We would certainly stay at the hotel in the future.

The hotel is simply beautiful. Rooms are big, clean and well decorated. The Bathroom is big and also confortable. The pool and the garden are magnificent and well taken care of. The breakfast is simply exquisite, proposing fresh and local products and a lot of choice.

I would rather call this a wish list more than dislikes. Everything needs to be put in context and this is, after all, a rural hotel. There was the odd spider cobweb in the high ceilings in our room (again, rural) and the furniture style could be revamped into a more “rural hippie chic” style. Not that it felt like it needed replacement but rather more of a personal preference. But this is truly nitpicking and we go back in a heartbeat.

The Old Rural Charm of the building and the amazing surrounding gardens create an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity that is hard to explain. Rooms are spacious, the gardens and sitting area by the pool simply delicious. The staff however were on another level! You would be hard pressed to find such friendly and accommodating staff in any top of the class 5 star hotel. It makes the whole experience truly feel. Like a Small Luxury Hotel. We asked for picnics to take to our daily boat excursions and even moving away from the standard options, everything we asked was simply delivered with a smile. Our youngest son is also highly allergic to milk protein and all of its derivatives, eggs, nuts and some fruits, and the hotel went out of its way to make sure no cross contamination was possible and that there were always appropriate options for him at breakfast. Amazing.

The last night we had neighbors upstairs and we heard every step they did on the parquet flooring above us. That influenced our sleep! But it was in the old part of the house and I heard the hotel will be renovated this winter and probably better isolated.

the pool area is wonderful, with mature gardens and breakfast is under the pine trees overlooking the pool. The whole compound is very pretty! Rooms are pleasant and with your own terrace to dry your clothes and take an evening drink.

They need to be clearer about the number of stairs. They do say there’s no lift, but that doesn’t really then lead people to understand quite how high the top rooms are and how steep the stairs are.

The staff were so helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to provide great service. The food was fantastic - breakfast provided had so many options and all very tasty, and the restaurant was truly excellent, felt like a real treat eating there. The hotel itself and the surroundings were beautiful, very stylish and chic, quiet, relaxing! Perfect!

The menu was quite limited in the restaurant for dinner, so we only ate there once. As the place was outside the town, it would have been good to have been able to eat there more often.

We were upgraded to a room on the ground floor which was lovely and very big with a great bathroom. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous location. Very quiet and peaceful.

I found the food offering for breakfast a bit limited - I eat a lot for breakfast. Having said that, the quality of food was high, in particular the tostadas.

A truly rustic hotel in the countryside, but very close (around 8 minutes driving) to Ciutadella. Beautiful garden, building(s) and pool. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Christina (I hope I spelt correctly her name) that has shared with us a lot of tips on where to go and where to eat HIgh quality restaurant

The dinner menu was very different! Would prefer traditional menorcan food and variety across the week, which would have encouraged us to eat at the hotel. Tennis was chargeable - a little disappointing. Suite’s would benefit from a small kettle as not everyone prefers coffee.

All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was wonderful , very diverse and freshly prepared. The overall setting was superb, quiet and peaceful. Housekeeping helpful and very thorough. Suite beautifully furnished, high ceilings and spacious. I would definitely recommend a stay at Sant Ignasi.

In the beginning I did not like the narrow, windy road that is leading to the hotel. However, with the time I found it fun to drive, so actually I miss it now.

The room was exceptional, very spacious, super clean, I absolutely loved the terrace. The bed was very comfortable and big enough. Both the room and all the facilities were super clean. It is very relaxing place; total disconnect from big city. Lovely to see the nature in the morning when you wake up. The breakfast restaurant is super relaxing and pleasant, a great start of the day.

The Location is wonderful. Close to Ciutadella. Has a wonderful calm tranquility. Beautiful gardens setting . Rooms lovely with own private terrace. Wonderful friendly staff helpful. Very welcoming. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. We stayed here 10 years ago. It’s still as wonderful as it was then . We will return sooner next time.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Very beautiful, quiet and peaceful property. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice outdoor space and pool area. Food was great and plenty of options. Staff friendly and always available, special mention to Cristina for going the extra mile ensuring guests have a great time in Menorca. Also had a relaxing massage with Ana, recommended. Only a short drive from Ciutadella, 10 min drive maximum. Great location and well connected to different attractions in the area.

The location is a little tricky if you have anything but a small car as the hotel is 1.5 km down a narrow lane with stone walls either side.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to one of the four suites in a separate building to the main hotel when we arrived. This was very spacious with 2 outside areas. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool and garden were quiet and relaxed.

the full restaurant wasn’t open but we knew that in advance. the bar produced lovely snacks to make up an adequate dinner but we were glad to have a car to pop into ciutadella on most nights.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We rented bikes and went to beaches, Ciutadella— even in the heat, everything was a pleasure.

From the moment of our arrival, we were enchanted by the property and greeted by the lovely Ana who made us feel right at home. The breakfast was divine, the pool absolutely perfect, and the design of the hotel is understated, chic, and embraces the storied artisanry of the island.

The service was a tiny bit slow at lunchtime, but couldn't fault the staff otherwise. They were lovely.

The restaurant is shut for 2022 and we only found out after booking. However the hotel was very accommodating and recommended restaurants which delivered.

Honestly, we cant fault this hotel or pick faults with our experience staying here. Its very special.

Everything about our stay here was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, stylish and so relaxing. Incredibly clean, our room was enormous and the bds were very compfrtable. Air con works well, as does the wifi. Breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool was divine - an impressive selectin of high end meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurts, pastires and cakes with juice, coffees and teas to suit. Its an 8m drive into town which is really easy. Parking on site for many cars. Great pool and easy sun loungers. Staff are friendly and discreet, always happy to engage in a conversation or give you privacy.
