Immaculate stay! Super clean room to let me have full nice rest. This hotel does pay attention to details in terms of room facilities, even without opening up the window. Room was warm for cold weather, which I highly appreciated. Living near the main Cathedral Primada made me feel special in this hotel that I could not resist extending my stay in Toledo in this historical mansion. And the most impressive vista from the roof top bar. Very dazzling panorama of Toledo roofs to sky horizon.

It would be nice to have a small refrigerator in the room. Please also provide water as a service.

The breakfast was great and the old-fashioned interior matched the atmosphere of Toledo well. The rooftop space where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the cathedral is the best. I also liked that the hotel was small but very clean.

Everything was more than OK

Staff was very helpful. We came to celebrate my wife's birthday and the staff even decorated the terrase with flowers and allowed us to celebrate all the night. Besides that we received all informartion about museums in the city and directions. Location is wonderful just a few minutes walking to Cathedral. Very nice disigned restaurant and lobby.

Very friendly staff. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Close to things-to-see in Toledo. Set breakfast was tasty - loved the freshly squeezed orange juice.

getting to the hotel garage by car is a bit tricky for an American tourist, some parts of the streets along the way are extremely narrow.

Room was cold during the night, hotel heating could not bring temperature to acceptable level. It was late november. If not for this, I would have given this hotel 9/10 Breakfast was not continental but overall decent. Usually given two options: ham sandwich vs jam and toast or coffee vs tea and selection is brought at your table. Anything extra needs to be paid Soundproofing could be improved

Would have liked a kettle / coffeemaker in the room. Also the option of a minibar in the room so you could sit out on the terrace at night with a drink.

The location was excellent. Beautiful building with a rooftop terrace that had stunning views. Excellent value.

Shower and toilet facilities were a bit cramped.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral, the room was comfortable and you could open and close the shutters to allow in natural light and being one floor up was good, you could obtain a map from reception to explore Toledo and there were refreshments in the foyer. Breakfast was served quickly, continental in style.

Lovely hotel in historic building. Great location, and views (especially of Cathedral) both from our room and the rooftop were incredible. Clean and comfortable, and our room was spacious. Great water pressure in shower. Terrific value for price, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
