The only thing I don’t like is that there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but given there is plenty of opportunity in the hotel to get tea and coffee, it’s not such a big problem

This is an unbelievable hotel! Stunning, very clean, restaurant food very good, 2 mins to a beautiful beach, easy to reach other parts of the town…this one has it all! I loved my stay there and would definitely return.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel, we were pleasantly surprised with amazing room, food, spa and very kind staff. For example Miguel Ángel from restaurant or Hilda from spa, both very kind and professional. Receptionists were great too. The concert from Ruben on Thursday was amazing! We’ll definitely come back :)

Spa is quite small and was very busy. Changing facilities were small and no lockers to store clothes.

Friendly staff, attractive well finished hotel. Lots of attention to detail. Food choices were great and spotlessly clean. Great location with stunning beach very close by.

The room walls are extremely thin and you can hear the conversations of people walking past your door, and of the people next door. The food wasn't excellent,

The whole stay was excellent. staff was lovely, views from the hotel were spectacular, rooms were big, comfortable and clean. The wellness area was well kept, etc.

The hotel has a great location, the nearest to the beach. The view from my room was amazing. The hotel staff from the director to the maid are very nice, they doing really everything that you enjoy your holiday. They asking how are you doing, and if they can help you with something. I was there alone, but I have never felt myself lonely. That was a very great hotel and holiday.

I would like the rooms to be equipped with tea/ cofee making facilities, especially as during dinner time this is not offered and you have to pay extra for any drinks ( this includes tea, Coffee and water). The room also lacked iron and ironing board and for a long stay this would be a necessary equipment in the room.

The location of the hotel is perfect, nearly ideal. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice looking and comfy. The manager of the hotel and staff was very nice and welcoming. The Bar Staff Was also very kind and helpfull. The hotel was quiet, which was good for the family stay. Perfect stay for families with children. I will definitely be back.

The mattress was either too old or damaged, there was a lump where a person's supposed to sleep. The WiFi didn't work in the room. Even in the lobby it was not stable enough to do any work. The staff did inform the IT department about the issue, but within a week it wasn't fixed! The walls are made of paper, you can hear absolutely everything in the next room/in the hallway. Our neighbour had an alarm on EVERY morning at 06:45am and slept in! So the bloody alarm went on for 15+ minutes till the person woke up! From three saunas only one was working. Some other equipment in the SPA was damaged.

The location was epic! Two minutes from the beach. 10 minutes from the downtown. Free parking next to the hotel on the street. Massage and body treatment procedures were good. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful. Drinks are reasonably priced. Staff speaks some English, but clearly is tailored for German audience.

A lot of staff members didn’t speak English, we were sometime ignored, dinner was not good, not enough sun beds by the pool, guests put their towel early in the morning to « reserve » them and leave for the day therefore a lot of time we were unable to use the pool. Guest constantly smoking by the pool and by their balcony, you can smell it in your room. Not ideal for children.

Hotel was over crowded even at the end of season. Constantly dirty dishes in the restaurant, poor hygiene. Not very friendly staff. Noisy room, especially since I required a quiet one. Literally couldn't get any sleep in the entire week - they put you in the most quiet room yet you hear screaming kids, bin man sorting out trash every morning at various times from 1am until 3am, followed by loading tracks filling up food for the restaurant. Beyond disappointing, you come to relax and you get no rest nor sleep. When you ask for a quiet room they won't exchange it because fully booked or offer you to pay extra for a suite.....Also they won't allow dogs in the garden or anywhere apart from the room. Other hotels do and having a small 3kg yorkie in a bag doesn't make sense why he wouldn't be able to accompany me especially since he's my emotional support animal.

Staff were not very helpful. i needed to book a taxi to the airport, so I asked front desk to book me one. They tried one company. Told me, sorry, there are no taxis. We can’t help. I had to go to another hotel to book one, where there was no problems.
