It took a long time to wait for an elevator. Fortunately we were on the third floor so we often took the stairs as it was quicker. In front of our balcony was another building, so we did not get the sea view as it was claimed in the booking.

Rooms where quite tired and needs renovation. Really disappointing was the bathroom. Also the sheets and blankets cleanliness didn't meet my expectations. There was some smudge on them. We had all inclusive but the drinks still needed to buy extra(including water and non-alcohol), except during breakfast. Also too few bars on the outside area. Also have to say that the main visitors in the hotel where older people, starting from age 50+ and not many families or young people so sometimes it felt like you where in a care home. Children's area was seasonal and was already closed starting on 15th of September.

Hotel has a really good location, next to the beach and all the restaurants/shops next to the hotel. Also there is an old town really close what you can discover. Lot of different pools, you can use all the pools that are on the territory. A good variety of food, friendly staff. Really liked that there was a gym and the game room.

The cafeteria is missing food labels sometimes, it would be good to have ingredients displayed too. The lifts can get pretty busy around meal times and they end up packing 6-7 people on the way up and down. Even though we are post covid, I think it makes it pretty easy to bring viruses together from different parts of the world. As a result I came back with a nice flu..

Location, so close to the beach and allows for seeing Malaga should you want more walking, the cafeteria has a nice variety of food, the staff are helpful and polite and there are many activities in the day or in the evening. Sun loungers were always available at the pool or beach even later in the day.

Pool area a bit crowded but nice beach area directly across the road. Not complaining but it is important for future residents to be aware that the left side of the building ( from front of hotel) has sun from morning to about 11 o’clock am. The right side of the building has the sun for the evening.

I felt the staff were quite rude to us and felt like as a young couple we were looked down on. We were asked for proof of our stay when entering the hotel by security while others just walked in and out with no issue. There was no thank you for staying with us or please come again as we checked out as well. It was very clear that we were treated differently to other guests. Also extremely difficult to get beds by the pool.

The property was lovely and overlooked the beach. The rooms were nice and it was nice to have access to the other sol hotel facilities as most days we couldnt get beds at our own pool and had to use don Marco. The view was lovely overlooking beach. Breakfast was quite good.

I liked everything about the hotel. I would have loved a room with a better sea view.

The rooms were spacious and cosy with a balcony. There was a great choice of food in the buffet. The entertainment by night was good. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk away from the town centre and straight across the road from the beach. The facilities in the hotel were excellent . You actually didn't need to leave the hotel at all. There were lots of pools and plenty of spaces for lying out. The bar was lovely. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

On our 4th day we went to the pool and it wasn't cleaned there was bits of dirt everywhere in the pool Pools were always packed and people left towel on there chairs while they weren't at the pool which was very annoying 🙄 Even though there is great choice for breakfast I stuck with cereal or the pancakes as I didn't like anything else notting taste like what it's like at home. For 24 euro u can get a choice of whatever you want for dinner.. which is good value for money, like a buffet sort of thing
