Lack of beds around the pools for the size of the complex the chairs are away from the visibility of pool

Some small group of young boys making noise after midnight. Hotel should prioritize families not young boys (19 20 years old i guess) in big groups.

Spacious resort with many facilities in different sides of the property. Perfect for families.

No pool towels unless you leave 20 euro deposit in cash. How can a 4star hotel not provide towel cards and full towel service? Not enough sunbeds and always full

Only 1 plug socket in the room.

Really good buffet selection on all meals. Staff were very helpful and friendly.nice ambiance. Evening entertainment was enjoyable.

Didn't like thar there was no seating area outdoors in the evenings. Off peak.

I loved the family room at the back of the hotel. Floor 1 to 5 only facing out onto the fab pool area. I wouldnt want to be in the 2 x tower blocks.

The first night I arrived after 11 pm and found it difficult to get a glass of water. Vending machine didnt accept cards or notes and the bar refused to serve even water saying they are closing. Finally front desk helped me out with change and a glass of water . On the 2nd day I was sent complimentary water to compensate No option for a quiet a la carte meal in the main restaurant, only an extremely busy buffet. Very difficult to get sun loungers available by the pool

Customer Service was excellent. They listened patiently to my complaint that the upgrade to a lateral sea view didnt meet my expectation and upgraded me to a better room when it became available along with a complimentary cava Great location and surroundings.Buffet was good. Lovely pool and facilities. The beauty treatment centre was also great and the staff lovely

The food was atrocious. There was no real restaurant, only crowded buffet lines. They even charged for water with your meal. There were not enough chaise lounges around the pool. TOO MANY PEOPLE AND SCREAMING KIDS!

Only one socket available in the room.

Hotel was clean. Towels were changed whenever needed. Variety of food was good. Beach was over the road. Iron has been provided on my request.

Reception staff were difficult to communicate with. Information was poor. Room numbers make no sense. Thursday was very busy in both the breakfast and evening, other days were fine. Staff were again difficult in the dining room. Aircon didn't work but it wasn't needed. Safety deposit box didn't work either.

Food was excellent. Loads of choice. Lots of pools and sunbeds this time of year. The kids club was great. Staff there were good.

Got bitten a lot in room , but never had doors open … so suggest some sort of anti fly killer spray for room if could be sprayed before staying

Overcrowding Having to queue extensively for food and drinks No room at pools People holding sunbeds for half a day with towels so not a relaxing holiday

Not enough loungers by the pool, and chairs in the evening indoor entertainment area. Also a shame that for such a good quality hotel they did provide water free With meals.

Sunbed are "reserved" early in the morning. No kettle in the room.

Perfect location. Good parking but 15€ pr day. If you are lucky you can find a parking on street. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are not very large,but large enough.

The only thing that comes to mind is that sonetimes large groups register at once, if that's the case you better postpone your question for the receptionist a bit

The property had a nice vibe, well maintained and clean. Furthermore is was at the beach so ideal for a beach vacation

During our stay the main pool and outdoor gym wasn’t open, neither was the outdoor bar or second restaurant. The food in the buffet was underwhelming

Was located a bit away from everything but taxi rank outside.

Staff extremely nice very helpful at all times. We had a problem with lost luggage at airport & they tried so hard to help us. Great breakfast also,pool areas lovely.
