We paid a discounted rate of €15 for two people to use the spa facilities. Not everything was working and there were no staff present. The price we paid wasn't unreasonable for what we got but if we had paid full price we would have been disappointed.

We got a free room upgrade to a sea view that was beautiful. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The bed was enormous and comfortable. The location was really good for food and different beaches.

Spa facilities needed updating and it was disappointing to have to pay an additional charge for their use.

Room was kept spotlessly clean, lovely shower and comfy beds. Charming Happy staff who were always friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfast buffet and desserts in the evening buffet. Had two deep tissue massages as Shayla showed considerable expertise and was a great help in relieving my neck and back pain. Special shout out to the cleaning and reception staff. Although had hired a car made use if the bus backwards and forwards to Palma, easy and inexpensive.

Nothing really It was all ideal for us.

Exceptional room, outstanding view, more than ample room size plus the whole hotel was very clean and well maintained, breakfast was above average, drinks and bars were good but what made a good hotel excellent were the staff, they polite, helpful in all area, the chamber staff, hotel bar and waiting staff, front desk admin were all great. The pools, Sun lounger's, Balinese Day Bed all the best. My wife and I had the best 5 days and would try our hardest to revisit, as parents ourselves we really apricated the 'Adults Only' policy.

Everything was great! Sometimes you do have to wait for housekeeping quite long before they clean your room, around 16:00 or so they get the chance, but we just put up the sign do not disturb, then you don’t have to wait for them!

Only one minus that in our room was not internet on TV and we can’t see movies in Internet

I like this hotel in totally) very polite personal) restaurant staff and reception guys. Cleaning was perfect. Food was so testy and too much choice of food. Dinner and breakfast was great. Good swimming pool. Close to sea. Hotel is new and big plus that it’s for adults. Hotel give transfer for airports. Also we get towel when we go on the beach every days. It’s so good. Thank Mim Mallorca for our amazing travel ❤️🥰

A little bit to cold in the common areas in the hotel (reception). Personally, we would not need the daily music event going longer than 22:00.. But that is of course our opinion.

Dinner provided with the half board was of good quality but very pour variety. A hotel of this class and additionally on the seaside should provide a wider variety of fish and not always the same cheap fish every night (only one choice at the grill). Prices of the minibar are not shown in the room and you don't know what is included and what is not.

There is a public walkway by the beach right next to the pool area so although it's adults only, there can be noisy children right next to the hotel. Can't be helped though.

The younger bar man with rainbow coloured wrist band, exceptional customer service. Always happy to help, makes amazing cocktails and very friendly making our stay an exceptional one. Room was amazing, view of sea and pool plus looking up to roof top superb. Rooftop plunge pool and bar so chilled and great vibes. Breakfast had huge selection and was great quality, very enjoyable. Evening entertainment, particularly Saxophonist and DJ were very talented and put on an excellent evening.

There is actually nothing to argue about, merely there is a little room for improvement at breakfast. Parking options could be improved.

We felt very welcome due to kindness of staff. Nice rooms, very clean and quiet. Great relaxation offers etc. 10/10
