the breakfast is a little disappointing for a four star hotel. Tough the buffet seems to have many choices, the food quality is just okay, with nearly no plant based alternatives. After multiple requests, the staff accommodated our needs of alternative milks (maybe skip the lactose free milk and offer one plant based milk instead). The food and the cocktails at the rooftop terrace aren't great either. The area isn't as nice as other places in Mallorca unfortunately, but that's not the hotels fault. Staff were friendly and helpful.

the interior is very stylish and well designed, the rooms were clean and the bathroom was very spacious. There are two pools (one on the ground floor and one on the roof terrace), which is a nice bonus!

The room we stayed in was on the first floor and although we paid for a sea view, the view was more of the parking lot in front and of the pool. The balcony has no privacy since it's on the first floor and everyone sitting at the pool can see you. Room was smaller than anticipated.

Very well located. Clean, seems new or newly renovated. Staff was nice and provided all necessary information. Nice plentiful breakfast and dinner.

Pools are easily accessible. On the ground floor or on the rooftop. The gym space is perfectly equipped. The breakfast buffet offers a great range of products/food/taste. The staff is really welcoming.

Amazing venue. High standing. The location is perfect. we were able to do everything by foot. Really close to the beach and see front.

Everything was perfect, always room for improvement in regards to vegan options in the breakfast/dinner buffet.

They were so welcoming in reception and in general all the staff were friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back next year!!! This will definitely be our new vacation spot in Mallorca.

I upgraded to a more expensive room when booking - this room boasted better views. But it was a tiny room ...only half the size of the cheaper rooms --- It did have a great view ...but so did the larger rooms. They only had a junior suite available so I had to pay considerably more for a larger room. As pointed out by the assistant manager the room sizes were specified on booking.com ...but still I was shocked and unhappy that the more expensive room was so tiny.

No umbrellas around the main pool. Booked suite but view on rhs was of a grey wall and all people in pool could see straight in to our Room and balcony . Staff were amazing and changed room to a higher level but not same standard and sadly did not offer us a refund for the difference in price

Very clean boutique hotel and minimalist design. Beautiful view from our room. All the facilities are new and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a little incident during our stay which was addressed in a very classy and heartfelt manner.

Not the most comfortable beds.

Wow, this place is a dream! Incredible location and insane ocean view. Right on the promenade, the hotel is romantic and modern, surrounded by bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Friendly staff who welcomed us on our honeymoon with a complimentary fruit platter and wine. We were all smiles the entire trip.

The hotel really was great. We stayed half board, and did not expect the quality of the food to be so good. Would have been a challenge to get the variety of healthy options purley via the local restaurants. The roof terrace is a lovely touch, with a rooftop pool overlooking the sea. A genuinely great hotel with a calm, friendly vibe.

The area is extremely touristic, more for the vacation with kids: restaurants with fried food, no nice bars( except the one on the hotel’s rooftop)

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a new, modern hotel with a nice swimming pool area. The staff is very nice and welcoming. I think it is a best option in this area if you are searching for a quiet place for a vacation without kids. Good breakfast and for 15 euros you can get the dinner that is much better than in any restaurant nearby.

No umbrellas for the sunbeds to keep out of the sun. Some guests reserved sunbeds early in the day by putting towels down whilst having their breakfast .
