Our room was spacious and quiet but had little natural light.

Fabulous location, easy walking distance from the railway station, and on the edge of the old town. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops in the immediate vicinity. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was well managed, and we were always able to get a table straight away. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good but our room was near the kitchen and also we had the sound of other peoples running water in our room.

I was there four nights without breakfast. The location is central and good to reach. Room was good size, balcony, very clean, nice shower. There are many options to eat around, including breakfast. The personnel was outstanding, super nice and helpful, especially on the last day regarding luggage and staying in a lounge to work. You get coffee capsules for free to prepare fairly good coffee in your room. I can only recommend the place for those who want to be in the center of a vivid city!

The only minor issue was that the window looked out onto a wall and we had originally thought the room had a balcony, but these were very minor issues.

The location was excellent and so central. It was so close to some of the main places to visit and many places to eat and drink. We hadn’t opted for the breakfast so can’t comment on these facilities. I am sure the breakfast would have been lovely but there were many other options right outside the door too. The room was large and very comfortable.

Don't have any criticisms at all

Everything about the hotel was great. Location was perfect; staff were super helpful and friendly; the room was a good size with huge & very comfortable bed, Nespresso machine (kettle available on request), reasonably priced mini bar with complimentary water, great shower & good quality towels. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking a very busy street but the windows make it almost soundproof so absolutely no problems there. We booked on a room only basis but had breakfast there every morning and, again, couldn't fault it. The food was always fresh, plentiful and the lady who worked in the breakfast room always had a smile on her face. I'm assuming that the only reason this hotel isn't officially graded higher is because they don't have their own bar but there are many to choose from as soon as you walk outside. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The only disadvantage (and perhaps quite a big one) is that the noise from the street up until around 23h was incredibly loud - there was a lady singing Adele's répertoire outdoors. Sleeping was hard in those conditions. You could try watching tv and still would hear the music from the street very clearly. The hotel staff said they could do nothing about it (even though the noise was very present after 22h), it's customary there, I suppose. But on the positive note, the music eventually stopped around 23h.

The hotel is great, the room is comfortable, spacious, we had a bathtub, coffee machine, and a tea kettle was brought in after asking us about it at the reception. They also provided great recommendations for the restaurants. Breakfast was good. Everyone from the staff was very polite and helpful. We were very pleased with the hotel and what it provided (with the only exception of the noise from the street after 22h - that part was tough as we had an early flight the next morning..)

Sounds from other rooms could be heard. My room was an interior one meaning basically no window, which made it very dark. For tourist visit it was okay because I didn't spend too much time there during the day.

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The room was quite big, clean, the bathroom was very good and equipped (hairdryer, shampoo etc.). The Nespresso machine and the capsules were top. Tried also the breakfast, it was simple but very good for a few days, especially that it was available from 7.30. Location is perfect, Xativa metro station is literally 2 minutes away and also Ciutat Vella. Airport is 20-30 minutes by metro.

You need to walk a short distance to get a taxi or for any transport but it’s a small price to pay

It was slam bang in the middle of Valencia so excellent location. Also the place is very clean and the bedrooms are great- the bed being very comfortable.

The window in the room had tinted glass probably because of the wall opposite the window 2 meters away. The courtesy of the personel at the front desk made up for this inconvenience.

The staff at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, much beyond their duties. They made my day. The hotel was clean
