Although the apartment was clean and modern there are some points which would make it better Need a shelf in the bathroom. Need to have sheets on the beds which fit made it uncomfortable to sleep Kitchen needs more utensils eg jug for use in microwave The location for us not good as a lot of party groups and poor behaviour

The reception and pool areas were excellent along with friendly and welcoming staff on reception and pool snack bar

Great location no. 103 bus from Palma stops right outside. Apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard, the air conditioning worked brilliantly, lots of excellent restaurants within short walk, very friendly staff.

No TV in bedroom, no lounge chairs on balcony, 3 separate elevators to access room.

Sea view room had amazing rooms and was fresh and clean. Pool area was big with a pool bar and separate seating area which was comfortable. A variety of people and the location was a 5 min walk from the beach and restaurants including boat pick up from beach. Great location for those wanting to relax.

Parking at the hotel for extra charge. Terrace of the apartment was located so that other guests are walking by and you have little privacy. Noise in the morning if you are located near the parking.

Was an excellent location. Staff pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. Was here only overnight and will be back with my wife in September. This way I can enjoy it even more.

The bedroom pillows were poor and no fitted sheets. The heatpump did not work and it was cold. We were given a basic electric heater and blankets. The living room area seating had vinyl covers so not ideal and a nice sofa fabric would have been better.

My wife and I enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The location was close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The room was clean and updated. The view of the beach was nice and the small balcony was ideal for relaxing.

We went just before the season started so a lot of the bars and restaurants weren’t open. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the main area and in the main season I think you will get a lot of noise in the apartment.

Staff were excellent, the apartment was bright and clean and well kitted out. Nice sea view and good balcony facing the sun coming up.

We asked for quiet room, but lift opposite to our bedroom wall made noise.

Sun Beach overall are very accommodating. We travel here for work regularly, and the staff are always on hand to help us should we need to stay longer, and can say all the rooms are very clean, light and airy and comfortable and most rooms in the hotel have a great sea view.

I booked this property for the gym but it was open only a few hours in the day and not in the weekend when was our stay. Even on monday morning it did not open when the sign on the door indicated. I konw it is not a big deal for most travellers buts this was the reason for me to choose this place and it was closed the whole time and on the website or booking.com was no information about that

Room was good but not very comfortable for bigger kids or adult sleeping on the sofas. Nice pool and very good view.
