Building works caused noise disturbance and also resulted in limited dining facilities, neither of which we were aware of when booking. However, this would not prevent us returning to the property in the future. Would have preferred a double bed.

We liked the room we were in. It was a suite overlooking pool with sea and mountain views. The room was a good ,size, as was the balcony. Also appreciated shuttle bus service to playa grande 3 times daily, as property at top of a hill.

The whole place was spotless clean. The staff are very professional and so friendly. They could not do more to asist in anyway. The pool area is always controlled but a life guard for safety especially for young children and it was very enjoyable area to relax.

Restaurant was closed after our first day with no prior notice, room we were given had a huge tree directly in front of the balcony meaning that was our only view.

Property was well kept, room was modern and spacious. The pool had ample sun loungers and I loved the on site shop.

The breakfast was very good. The beds were extremely comfortable. Also the view from our balcony of the sea was beautiful. We asked for a sea view and were so happy that they gave us one. Booked for Christmas and hoping we get a sea view again.

Some guests were super noisy through the nights. Walls were quite thin. Hotel is on top of the hill.

Breakfast was really good. My room was super large and comfy. The pool could have been a bit bigger. Staff were super friendly. I got a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in my living room. I got the junior suite. It was super handy. This three stars hotel was better than some four stars I visited before.

My own fault I thought it was aparthotel with cooking facilities however we did have a kettle, fridge, microwave and cups/glasses so were able to manage, not a big negative really but we were there for 9 nights. Quite a walk from main area up a hill so not ideal for those with mobility issues etc No bath in any of the bathrooms, not a big issue for most but I did need for this trip. Again not the end of the world!

The mattress and pillows weren't really comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the breakfast; I would expect higher-quality products. Good coffee is only available when the bar is open.

Pool was great, can't complain; warm water also. Pool area for kids had, enough room. Overall, happy with the pool. The room was really fresh with a nice balcony. The room was cleaned almost every day. Can't complain; the room is worth the money. Breakfast offered a range of choices including cheeses and fruits.

My parents were not able for the walk to there room from the food restaurant because its was too much of a hill to there room, there both in there late 70s

I payed for more expensive accommodation to have entertainment but it let the hotel down badly. It was very disappointing . No Games in the evening involving parents participation. Saxophone player was stiff and she didn't sing or try lift the atmosphere. The Quiz was ok the karaoke was ok but the entertainment needs a complete overhaul . I wouldn't stay again if it didn't improve. Also I wasn't awhere of being put across the road and my parents struggled with the steep slopes in tunnel and upto apartments .

We could have done with some more crockery. The cups are small, proper mugs would have been helpful. Also, just a basic sponge and a dustpan and brush to help keep it clean would have helped.

It was a beautiful environment. We had a superior studio which had a little terrace overlooking the pool. The pool itself is saline so you float but amazingly, you can swim with your eyes open without stinging. It’s the best water I’ve ever swum in.

The hill up to the apartment!

I have never stayed in such a comfortable bed!!!! My studio apartment was overlooking the pool across the road from main building. Beautiful at night when the pool lights were on
