It’s character and location snd the breakfast setting. The hammam experience with Andres was 10/10.

The music piping out throughout the house. It would be even more relaxing without it. But very minor in the scheme of things.

Such a beautiful building with incredible features, a real gem. Staff were incredibly friendly and gave great restaurant recommendations too. We will definitely be back stay again.

I think we were given the worst room sadly (5) as it is the room with the raised bed and which you have to climb steps to get into and with bad knees and back it wasn’t ideal which was a real shame as it is a beautiful room. During the night we could hear the sound of material flapping (possibly from next door - if you are a light sleeper you might get annoyed) the other rooms really did look stunning. We are also both tea drinkers especially morning cuppa and so would have been good to have the option of a kettle.

This is a beautifully designed boutique hotel with so much thought going into the decor - it’s quite lovely. The staff are very attentive. Location very good. Parking very close by and not too expensive. I treated myself to a massage with Andres who was very good.

For some reason there weren't any staff on the day of arrival. They had written us in WhatsApp (which we later found out). Please:. When the booking is done in booking com write to the guests in booking.com. We didn't get the message in WhatsApp due to change of telephone number. And had difficulties entering the hotel, and gad to wait an hour before we found out if the problem. That was a bit of a downer for a starter

Central location great but hotel hard to find with sat nav. Managed to to park without having to use the recommended car park. Bit of a smell in the bathroom and we had no TV which was advertised as no tv but would prefer having one.

Everyone we met there made our stay special. We felt so welcome. Whist we are used to a lot more facilities ie TV etc it was very rustic and out overall experience very positive. Great Wi-Fi. We both Hammam massage with Andrew which was a great experience. Mint tea afterwards unexpected and very enjoyable in the beautiful seating area.

The room and hotel were very cute and original. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We only stayed one night and had to find offsite parking, which was slightly inconvenient. That said, we knew this in advance and the hotel staff let us know of a convenient parking lot close by.

Need to be clear about no elevators ( for disabled and seniors), better lighting around stairs.

Loved the original and authentic architecture. Room 7 was spectacular and we slept very well. Appreciated how close we were to the port of Tarifa so we could catch the ferry to Tangier, Morocco. Access to Morocco was excellent! Rooms were very cozy.

only down side was that it is off-season and the pool wasn’t filled up and it was cold inside without a way to heat the room.
