The only minor downside was that we had to queue to get into the buffet restaurant every time. At one point the queue had 12+ people in front of us and there were only two members of staff trying to seat people and it just seemed to take a few minutes for each group to be seated. So there was a bit of a wait. I think having a few more staff members allocated to seating guests could have made the experience a little better - we had a busy trip and were often eating in a rush because we had places to be so maybe it was just us being impatient. That being said, it was a very small inconvenience which didn't really impact our stay at all. Still would 100% recommend this place.

We had a deluxe sea view room on floor 7 and the view really blew us away. The windows were HUGE and we could see the entire San Antonio bay from our bed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just for the views. The food was also really nice and we loved that the beach cove was so close. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated - we would absolutely stay here again!

Some operational issues: lack of clarity over “all-inclusive” rules and many issues with room service (silly rules over what could and could not be ordered paired with unavailability/unhelpfulness of staff who would not answer the phone or provide decent service once they did)

Perfect location, gorgeous views, our room was exceptional! Buffet breakfast was very good as well. Staff generally friendly and helpful in face to face interactions.

Two aspects unfortunately spoilt our hotel stay: Firstly, the professionalism of some Butler service staff was lacking. While Valeria and Mar (if Im not wrong was her name) was highly professional, two other ladies were notably unfriendly and responded impolitely. Often, our messages on WhatsApp were ignored or answered late, raising the question of the necessity of such a "concierge service." Secondly, the location of almost all Dine Out Restaurant options was inconvenient, requiring a 30 minute drive from the hotel and incurring an 80 euro taxi fare for a round trip. Additionally, these dining experiences could not be combined with free club access, limiting us to only two uses of Dine-out during our stay.

The rooftop pool area was a highlight for us - it became our preferred spot to relax during the day, offering a breathtaking view. The Gaucho restaurant deserves a perfect score of 10 for its exceptional staff and the fantastic culinary experience it provides. We were also happy to hear that your room was upgraded to a SeaView in the main building for our 10th anniversary, thanks to the Hotel administration. The rooms met our expectations with their cleanliness and comfortable beds.

Spent 7 days with my fiance here and couldn't recommend more - the staff, the food, the cocktails, the vibes all excellent! A 15-minute walk into San Antonio, super gym and fabulous rooftop pool for sunset - 11/10. Big shoutout to Alfredo, Marc, Raquel who were all excellent however all of the staff were amazing, so nice and went out of their way every day. The steak restaurant is incredible - make sure to book at least once for your stay!

Room little bit small. Perfect for couples but not a lot of privacy because of the way the room is made of when going with a friend.

The all inclusive was amazing, lot of choices in regards of drinks (alcoholic or soft drinks) and staff really friendly. The 2 restaurants "a la carte" served great food as well and was also included. The hotel in itself is lovely. Balcony in every room is definitely a great thing as well !

If you want to be picky it would be nice for a 5 star hotel to have toiletries like a comb or tooth brush.

Everything was awesome, the room, the view from the balcony was incredible! The service, the food honestly I have nothing bad to say so well done to the team and can’t wait to be back to Ibiza!
