We had a fire alarm in the night that proved to be a false alarm! The staff dealt with the issue very efficiently and calmly.

I was so surprised by this hotel as the reviews previously had given it quite low scores. We found it so welcoming, the room was a good size, it was quiet and clean. The reception staff were so helpful.

I like the room bright and airy, not so much the picture of machinery on the wall hardly inspiring when you take time off to be with family and friends and you get back to the room with those wheels nuts snd bolts on the wall!! Mostly I liked the bathroom! And I like the fact that its clean and when coming back it's all dust free and nice ! And the bed it's do comfortably and good for sleeping well with superb crisp clean bed linen!! I loved that!

Location it's quite good for eating out visit local amenities and using transports all within 10 minutes! But it seems that rubbish collectors at mid night it's so noisy it's a pain!..I meant to go to the town Hall(ayuntamiento) and place a complain as why can't they collect during the day!!...but is not the hotel fault !!

The room I was in was very unlike my first stay. Small, loud from hallways and elevator. Not clean. Needed renovation . Outlet not working. Lower in building so lots of street noise.

I returned to this hotel because my first stay has been very good.

we had room 108 and it was next to the road, so loud, also only a sheet on the bed, no quilt, so it was cold at night.

There is an extra door between the hall and the room. It gave a nice sense of privacy and made the room quiet.

Well located if you want to move from Lloret de Mar to Barcelona. Also walking distance to city center and beaches.

The location is terrible. The normal AC was only for the upper floor so it was still quite warm downstairs. For some reason they changed our towels everyday (we didn't leave on the floor which is the main indication other places to change the towels). There was no place to hang the towels (except for one hook and room was for 4). The bathroom itself was very warm as it didn't have any ventilation. The breakfast the first day was fine but got boring quickly as there weren't many food choices. The room itself really needs a renovation.

It's a pretty cheap place, the beds were comfortable, it was nice to have a fridge and main toiletries. The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful. There are some great restaurants nearby that aren't that expensive as at the centre.

Rooms were quite outdated ( nothing like in pics on the web). Everything there is screaming for and an upgrade. It used to be a four star hotel but in my opinion it’s not anymore. It could be ok for a short stay but not for a family vacation.

The stuff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was very tasty with a quite a few options to choose from.

Air conditioner was leaking into one of the bathrooms, this had probably been going on for awhile since ceiling and floor was stained. Wish they informed us about this in advance

Big lounge, poor breakfast though. Low options for hot dishes, just bacon and scrambled eggs. Rooms noisy. I missed a kettle in the room. No pens to write, nor was there paper.

Very near train station. Lines 2 and 5 go to the train station.

The walls of my room were pretty thick and I couldn't sleep much as I was hearing my neighbour snoring for the whole night

Great staff always ready to help. Fairly good gym though the spa was closed. Amazing location just between the city centre and the business district and a very valuable for money restaurant.
