There was a little delay for our check in. we arrived early and pre registered and was assigned a room and asked to return at 3pm when the room was ready. But when we returned we were made to wait for several people to go thru the registration process, instead of just handing us our keys.

Large 3 bedroom apartment for our group for 5, centrally located in the old town. Walkable to most places. Good restaurants, cafes and supermarket nearby.

Unfortunately the guests in the apartment above us were extremely noisy!! Apparently it was a Hens Party and furniture was being constantly dragged across the floor until approximately 11pm, until they left the apartment for the night. Even though it stated in our rules that parties were strictly forbidden and no noise after 9pm. As well as the loud yelling, thumping and furniture noise, the pipes running through the apartment in a cavity in the kitchen were constantly thumping from the numerous and long showers taken by the guests above! Fortunately those guests were only there for our 1st night, but the pipes were still noisy when being used.

The location was fantastic! Just a short walk to many places of interest, cafes and restaurants. The building and foyer area is very charming and full of character. We had the loft apartment, and it was a very comfortable size, and handy to have a washing machine.

Staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They let us store our luggae and were very quick to get us an extra wine glass - they even brought it up to our room for us. The sofa bed was very easy to set-up and very comfortable.

Accessing apartment a bit tricky with palm and code etc which we e never seen before. The free parking wasn’t explained and we only got the reply at 0100 so too late to benefit from it. Paid €15 for overnight parking.

There were some goodies in the fridge and spacious accommodation. They set up the sofa bed for my daughter.

We LOVED everything 💜

We thought the Palacio was absolutely beautiful ,we loved the decor esp in the entrance,it was stunning. It was so well located ,so close to the beautiful old town ,the amazing market and churches.The apartment was just so lovely,so spacious,clean and there was everything available if you wanted to prepare your own food. A fabulous place to be recommended 👌 +The Garden /Bar area was gorgeous too,and the staff so lovely 😍

The location is amazing, bang in the centre! When we interacted with the receptionists, they were always helpful. We also loved the decor and spaciousness of rooms (good for a family of 4). It was slightly noisy at night if you leave balconies open but it makes it part of the nice experience of being in the centre and enjoying the vibe :)
